Creditor Payment - Bank details
I would like a report to show creditor bank accounts prior to me actioning the 'Pay' function in SM so I can cross check what is on the actual creditor invoice compared to what is in SM. For example, have the creditor bank account details print out alongside the Validation report generated from the FSCI screen

File Smart Creditor invoice - saving changes
Ability to save changes as you go. We only have the ability to save changes after all items are updated. If we exit the screen, then we have to enter in all the details again.

Mail Merge - Additional Contacts
Mail Merge - when doing an email mail merge run, Owner_email merge field only picks up any emails in the "Email address" field on the lot owner card - I believe any email that is added to Additional Contacts section of lot owner card with "C" ticked, should be able to have these email addresses included as well - maybe add another merge field to include the email addresses in Additional Contacts section that have "C" ticked

Increase number of rows in the fileSMART Creditor Invoice Screen (FSCI)
When working through bulk workflow items, or looking for specific invoices, it would be helpful if more rows appeared in the grid. Potentially the ability to click and drag the screen down to increase the number of rows.

Add 'Show Invoice' button to the Approve Creditor Invoices Screen
Adding the 'Show Invoice' button would be helpful for invoices that are located in fileSMART. Some customers 'stamp' their invoices as they are paid etc. This screen is more workable then the FSCI screen when you have a lot of rows to check / process.

Set creditor payment limit
Ability to set a payment limit for a creditor. eg.... $3000.00 limit. If invoice is more than that then a warning message could pop up.

Debt Recovery - Monitoring of Payment Plans
Ideally, it would be great to be able to run a “missed payment” report each morning based on the payment set up above after the receipting has been completed to identify any owners that have missed a payment. That would allow the Administrator to get a quick eyes view on who to contact first and foremost, action sooner rather than later.

Set Timer for diary entries
A roving time clock that can be linked to a diary entry after the fact. This would allow a manager to take a phone call, start the clock and then create/add a diary entry afterwards.

Credits entered against creditors to release invoices on hold for payment
Ability for Strata Master to recognise credits entered on the creditors so we can release payments and invoices on hold.
