   yes pls - making it really hard to schedule virtuals as the renters get confused by the normal auto comms. only way around it is to set up templates based on proposed and put in in that status - but there is no way to trigger a notificiation of the upcominh routine to the owner if the routine is in the proposed status. weird that it allows us for the renter but not owner.
