Hi User Voice Supporters! We're currently setting requirements with the development team for Failed Communication Notifications and are after some feedback to ensure we get the right notifications to you and your team.
Would you prefer, an In-App (in Property Tree) notification, that alerted you each time a communication failed?
Or, would you prefer to receive an email each time a communication failed? (similar to an outlook or gmail bounce-back).
In the case of receiving an email, if you are using the Communication Platform where your email replies are received into Property Tree, would you prefer this failed email notification to be received into the Communication Platform inbox, assigned to you (or the company, if the email was sent from the company)? yes pls - making it really hard to schedule virtuals as the renters get confused by the normal auto comms. only way around it is to set up templates based on proposed and put in in that status - but there is no way to trigger a notificiation of the upcominh routine to the owner if the routine is in the proposed status. weird that it allows us for the renter but not owner.
