As the current Tenancy Ledger holds so much important information, we are scoping out a new rent arrears ledger option that will give you the information required in a clear simple format, making it easy to see/explain rental payments and arrears. The settings changed/reviewed that we don’t receive leasing fees unless paid in full. Being split payments is confusing for clients, causing queries, along with extra data entry, time consuming and double handling also. We would prefer not to receive part payments at all and to be setup like creditors in held funds until the owner has sufficient funds and then paid to us in full. Very clear for all parties.
