    Yes please. It would make such a difference to commercial tenants. Some tenants do not understand the statement portion. And we regularly get requests for statements - but we can't do this without sending an invoice. PLEASE work on this. Thank you.

    This is a key part of our Property Manager's jobs to keep tenants paid up to date. If they could easily see this on the tenancy card, it makes conversations with Tenants and LL's much easier knowing without going into the Arrears List or manually calculating!!! Please.

As the current Tenancy Ledger holds so much important information, we are scoping out a new rent arrears ledger option that will give you the information required in a clear simple format, making it easy to see/explain rental payments and arrears.
