An error occurred while saving the comment Siyamalan Subramanian; great value adding feature. Such a feature would be a significant functionality build for us. Let me take this to the next UserVoice review next week for discussion and I will come back to this forum to update shortly thereafter. In the meantime I will leave this open for comment, feedback, and votes.

An error occurred while saving the comment Hello Roger, nice idea. I have spoken to our Product Development head and confirm this is a feature we can support but it would have to be pushed out to our 2024 roadmap, not this year. I will leave this open for further comment, feedback, and votes.

An error occurred while saving the comment Thank you Travis, - a great idea. We were looking at Permits a year ago but discovered that our parent company, MRI Software, offers Permit management through several of their facilities and work solutions. We are looking to integrate a Permits platform into OnLocation in 2024 and we are in the process of prioritization. The idea of a searchable library of common contractor questions is nice. I'll submit that at our next UserVoice review this Thursday 14th. For now I will leave this idea open for community feedback and votes.

An error occurred while saving the comment Hi Cherie, we have had this request before but the feedback was 'hiding' the 'not signed in employee' from the host selection list would cause many false positives. The employee is on-site but forgot to sign-in is one common example and the visitor would then leave.
As a solution suggestion we do support a Trigger where you can tell the visitor (in the form of a onscreen pop up) that their host has been notified but is not currently on site; and if they would like to contact them the host's number is xxxx.
Triggers are highly customizable and configurable. For example; you can set the Trigger to inform a colleague or reception team member that someone has arrived to see <insert host name> but <host> is not onsite.
You can learn more about Triggers here: https://helpdesk.whosonlocation.com/hc/en-us/articles/218121178-Introduction-Triggers
If you need assistance to setup such a Trigger do not hesitate to reach out to support@whosonlocation.com
For now we will leave the idea open for community feedback. -

An error occurred while saving the comment Hi Sherri, thank you for the idea. This idea would add to our Worker safety feature set. This idea impacts a number of areas of OnLocation so leave this with us for now and we will gather requirements and assess the impacts before looking to see if this a viable change to add to the roadmap. For now I will leave open for comment and votes.

An error occurred while saving the comment Thank you Sherri, your idea makes sense where you have different level of risk and awareness within the same facility (by Department or Group). We have not received this request before so we will leave for votes and further comment.

An error occurred while saving the comment Thank you for your idea submission. The issue of contractor ID validation we have solved this with the OnLocation Mobile app for Contractors however we appreciate you may not want to force this on your contractors. We recently released an update to show 'title' as well as 'name' and 'organization' when a contractor has multiple matches returned. However, your conflicts are even across 'title'.
My initial discussions with the engineers saw several solutions tabled however let me take that to our team at the next UserVoice internal review. For now I will leave this open for votes and further comment.

An error occurred while saving the comment Hello Chris, as you know OnLocation does support the issuance of assets like keys to employees, visitors, and contractors via the Add-on called 'Asset Management'. Asset managers issue out and return assets to these people as can reception teams. Can you elaborate on where you want this tab to be? Is it alongside the contractors name in the SIOM screen?

An error occurred while saving the comment Hello Nick,
The sign-in option labels on kiosks are only default names. Those defaults today are:
1) Visitor
2) Contractor
3) EmployeeHowever; you can rename these if you are an Administrator.
Simply login from your own PC to OnLocation. Using the upper toolbar menu select 'Locations' and then 'Sign In/Out Kiosks'. Next select the green 'View' button found alongside the respective kiosk. This opens your Kiosk settings and layout options. Select the 'Layout' tab and scroll down to where you can rename the above names. It is not uncommon for our user community to rename Visitor to 'Guest' or Contractor to 'Suppliers' or Employee to 'Staff'.
I will close this ides open for a week in case I have misinterpreted your idea. Please don't hesitate to submit a comment back with an updated description if I am wrong. If you need assistance to configure your sign in labels names our team at support@whosonlocation.com are there to help.

An error occurred while saving the comment Thank you for idea Abbey, I believe you are referring to the construct of a Frequent Visitor (which we now refer to as a 'Saved Visitor') being issued with some type of token or digital badge for their mobile phone (maybe they can add it to their 'wallet' in an iPhone or similar on Android). This token would include a barcode or QR code, unique to the visitor, as part of its design.
Whenever they enter a location where OnLocation is used they can scan their token and it auto completes the info the customer (you) are requiring of them based on their last visit. All they need to do is 'confirm' the details are the same. In summary 'Scan, Read screen, Confirm'.
Let be set this to Votes for now and allow for further comment from the community; but I will present at the next internal UserVoice meeting.

An error occurred while saving the comment Great idea Kathy and something we have considered but never received enough demand to force it to the roadmap. I will take your idea to our team at our UserVoice meeting tomorrow but we will probably leave this one open for feedback for a wee bit to gather more requirements.

An error occurred while saving the comment Thank you Margaret. There may be other ideas around the whole 'notifications within Inductions options set' so I'll call for votes and more comment. That said, it will be presented at tomorrow's UserVoice internal call but we may leave it for a couple of weeks for further comment before reviewing again.

An error occurred while saving the comment Hello Mazanur, I have reviewed the Asset 'search' filters and concur with your observation. I will present to the UserVoice team. I believe it may be a bug vs a lacking feature. I won't call for votes but will set the status of your idea to Assessing. Thank you.
Hello Peter, We are reviewing OnEvac in 2024 to reflect the many requests we have around this idea. I'll be bringing this to our 2024 roadmap priority discussions over the next month. I'll leave this open for comment, feedback, and votes.
