As the current Tenancy Ledger holds so much important information, we are scoping out a new rent arrears ledger option that will give you the information required in a clear simple format, making it easy to see/explain rental payments and arrears. Rest assured, this suggestion is of importance to us.

   Certainly agree with this idea. I have lost count how many times I have to explain to a tenant or owner what effective paid to means. I honestly feel if the paid to date was exactly that, it would save so much confusion.
