Hi Tash, thanks for your suggestion. I was wondering if you were aware that in the inspection tab on the tenancy, if you click the edit pencil you can override the company default (of 3 months as an example, and set this tenants inspections to 6 month frequency), so it will look to this when doing the updates. I hope this helps in the interim - as this would be a good option to have against the property, so that when tenants come and go, the set frequency for that property would remain. We are pleased to advise that new Owner and Tenant Portals are now in Development! This will be accessible on both web and Apps for Owners and Tenants. We'll let you know once this is available for EAP and general availability.

We need the portal messages to be integrated in with communications. It is too much to have this separate. It's another place to have to look!

Please! We regularly get commercial tenants confused with their invoices as they have the mini statement on each invoice. Either remove it or change the formatting.

Yes PLEASE! We need to add an email disclaimer in our emails, but cannot do this with the JPG option for signatures.

As the current Tenancy Ledger holds so much important information, we are scoping out a new rent arrears ledger option that will give you the information required in a clear simple format, making it easy to see/explain rental payments and arrears.
