    This would make a huge difference, especially for those tenants that have recently had a rent increase or those that pay odd rent amounts.

    Please show the weekly rent amount on their receipt.

    Please add a communication tab on vendor and purchaser contacts. It is very hard to track the emails sent out!

    Hi Tash, thanks for your suggestion. I was wondering if you were aware that in the inspection tab on the tenancy, if you click the edit pencil you can override the company default (of 3 months as an example, and set this tenants inspections to 6 month frequency), so it will look to this when doing the updates. I hope this helps in the interim - as this would be a good option to have against the property, so that when tenants come and go, the set frequency for that property would remain.     We need the portal messages to be integrated in with communications. It is too much to have this separate. It's another place to have to look!

    Please! We regularly get commercial tenants confused with their invoices as they have the mini statement on each invoice. Either remove it or change the formatting.

    Yes PLEASE! We need to add an email disclaimer in our emails, but cannot do this with the JPG option for signatures.

    Hi Supporters, thanks so much for all your responses! We are getting close to having this ready for our development team. I'm hoping for a little bit more feedback if you have any on the following -


    1. An option when you generate the ledger for "Showing Transactions Only" (so cutting out the other items such as when invoices are entered). However, this would show credits as well. Although credits are not transactions these affect amounts due by the tenant. This would keep all of the current tenancy ledger columns.


    2. Also an option to Show Rent Arrears Details (so a running total for arrears and the days in arrears). When this option is selected and generated we would replace other ledger columns to then display the additional rent arrears details. Inserting more columns into the current tenancy ledger has been a challenge with the amount of information currently there.…
