The current marketing functionality does not allow users to exclude contacts who belong to a particular group.

For example, a contact may belong to both Group 1 and Group 2. If a campaign is intended for Group 1 but should exclude anyone in Group 2, there is currently no way to achieve this within the marketing tab. There is a clunky way to do it via contacts but this is not ideal. This limits the ability to create targeted campaigns and often requires manual workarounds or data exports.

Suggested Improvements

Allow groups to be included and excluded when building recipient lists.
Add filtering logic such as "Include Group A, Exclude Group B".
Support more advanced audience segmentation using multiple groups.
Ability to save group segments within the marketing tab.

This would provide greater flexibility for marketing campaigns and reduce the risk of sending communications to unintended recipients.
