As a Sales Manager, I would like the ability to set a default task type to improve my reporting accuracy
Client has a problem with reporting on task type and believes that if they were able to change the default Task Type to Phone (instead of generic 'Task') this would go a long way to helping behaviour change in their business.
The largest proportion of entered tasks are to be phone calls, so they would like to be able to set this as a default task type when a new task is created. Many admin staff will fail to set the correct task type when doing so, and most agents will not change the task type when completing the task.

As an agent or database manager, I would like to be able to search for contacts who have had certain previous communications, for example to check whether the correct people had it sent to them, follow up, etc.
Desirable filters would include:
which agent(s) sent the communication
the type of communication (Letter, SMS, Email, Blast Email, history note)
a date range for the communication
text matching for the title/content of the communication

As a fanatical database manager, I would like to be able to search for properties based on property details filters, even if it has never be
Examples of use cases
The client has imported or inherited data, and wants to tidy it up. He wants to clean up the list of available custom Property Features, but cannot remove any which are already applied to properties. He has no way to find those properties to remove those unwanted features except by checking them all individually.
The client wants to prospect his Owned properties (which may not actually be listed) for certain criteria as he has a very keen buyer looking for something specific.
Please onsider a way to provide this search functionality

Unsubscribe options for blast emails
It would be useful to be able to present contacts with the ability to unsubscribe from different types of blast campaigns.
For example to unsub from a newsletter, but retain subscription to auction reminders and OFI reminders.Currently users can only unsubscribe from ALL blast emails.

Conjunctional Agent's commission
When receiving commission for a conjunctional listing, we add the conjunctional agent's commission as a deduction so that our agents/office will be paid the correct amount.
On multiple occasions the full balance of deposit has accidentally been released to our General Account. It would be good not to have to manually check if a sale requires a conjunctional commission share payment before releasing deposit.
Perhaps via a 'defacto' invoice, or some method of creating a Pending Payment.

Mark a contact as Do Not Contact
As an agent I would like the option to be able to mark a contact as Do Not Contact, where we can retain all the information but they will be exempt from Email and SMS transactions both business and marketing.
This would be similar to marking the contact as deceased. If the same email and mobile are used in another contact and they match as a duplicate the same "Do Not Contact" tag should apply to them.

Special Conditions Satisfied date
When any special conditions are added to a sale, they have a Due Date field. It would be great to also have a Satisfied Date field, to record when this condition was actually satisfied in the case it was not by the due date.

Entering sales receipt amount
As a user I'd like to be able to enter an amount to be allocated against items when creating a sales receipt rather than having to manipulate individual items to make up an amount being paid by a client (e.g. where a client has paid $1,000 and they are not using trust accounting but the advertising campaign costs $5,000).

As a user who works in a team, I want to be able to view my team's dashboard statistics
On the dashboard, users of Manager-level and above are able to view data of other consultants, consultant groups, and offices.
Requesting for a way that users can view data of any consultant group they are a member of.

Bulk add tasks to contacts
Be able to add a single task but to multiple contacts, in the 'Contacts' view, the same way you can add a single category to multiple contacts.
We would like to be able to do this so we can prospect better. For example, if you have 12 sales you want your sales team to call their prospective vendors about, you would be able to get someone in the admin team to search the contacts in the street, and set up tasks for that salesperson to call their clients. Similarly for just listed and auction invitation.

Allow email/mobile text copy from the buyer detail section of the Buyer Leads screen
When viewing the detail of a buyer in the Buyer Leads screen, I want to copy-paste their email address or mobile from this screen to somewhere else. (For example into Outlook)
However those two lines on this screen cannot be interacted with like virtually all the other text on the screen can. You can neither highlight it nor right-click and copy.

Send attachments on blast emails
As a consultant I want to be able to attach files to a Blast Campaign the same way I can attach files to a normal email from Box+Dice so that I can include relevant documents like Contracts, SOIs or Brochures and get engagement data about them.

As a user of multiple complex advertising templates, I would like to be able to enter a template name of longer than 30 characters
So that these can be entered accurately and quickly, they enter these as advertising campaign templates, which need to describe both the contents and the office. The advice that the current limit of 30 characters makes this very difficult, and the resulting names hard to understand.
Suppliers and Items can both have very long names (>60 characters)

Appraisal cancellation date for reports
When using the Whiteboard missed appraisals report, or using the Sales Appraisals tab to create a custom search report, it is not possible to include the appraisal cancellation date. Could this please be added?
Could it also be possible to filter Appraisals by appraisal cancellation date also?

Sold By Other date
When adding a Sold By Other transaction, we are prompted to enter the Settlement Date. We may not know this information, and would prefer to enter the Sold Date instead. Could an additional field be made available for this, and then the transaction date on the property show whichever is latest?

Adding multiple agents to OFIs
Currently if we have more that 2 agents attending an OFI and want to have this entered into their calendar, we need to either
- edit each appointment and manually add the extra agents to it
- create a duplicate OFI and set the OFI reason as 'Property Run'It would be great to be able to add as many additional agents as we need into the Inspections modal.

Advertising schedule and tax invoice layouts
Could we please have the order of campaign items on the advertising tax invoice match the order of the proposed schedule of advertising as it would save time cross checking the schedule against the tax invoice.

The lock tab should only lock the Commission Splits Tab
We have people who require access to the Sales Details screen, which also gives them access to the commissions screen. Ideally they don't want other to see everyone's Commissions, that screen should just be for Managers and Admins
Is it possible to separate out the Commissions Tab so this can be locked and only viewable to people with access to Commission information
