  1. As an agent at an OFI or on the go, when adding a contact's mobile number I would like the Mobile field to be pre-filled with '04' to save me time when entering their number.

    realestateview.com.au has launched a new product on Nov 1st called PreView.

    Test the market’ on realestateview.com.au

    PreView allows agents and vendors to pre-list a property prior to committing to a full sales campaign in our exclusive ‘PreView’ tab on the realestateview.com.au home page.

    REV are requesting we make a change to the XML to allow something similar to the following
    - Button in the UI to allow a user to select they want to push the listing as a 'PreView'

  3. As a user of a the Off Market Community report I want to show an actual photograph of the property not the same stock photo every time so that my prospective Vendor or Vendor sees the report in light of their own property, not a picture of an irrelevant property and they feel like the report is prepared especially for them.

    In short,

    if there is a Listing with images present, I'd like to see the first image used, else

    if it is at Appraisal or Property stage then the first image uploaded against the property should be used, else

  4. We should suggest to B+D to add a feature, to listen in and summarise the conversation with the potential client (if the call is made via B+D).

    Whether it is OFI call back, to summarise the buyers feedback and put through the system. Or even a home owner.

    Lazy work! I know. But would assist with easier & more notes being added into B+D.

    Hi Tracy

    When a call is made via Click to Call from the Web App or via The Agent App, the calls are actually via the device connected to the CRM.

    BD has no way of getting access to the 3rd Party Service Providers to listen in/record the calls made by agents.

    So I do not feel this is something we could implement.

As the officer in effective control (OIEC) in my company I want to be able to know when a user who has the ability to update Staff Access Roles makes a change to another staff member So that I can make sure the staff have the correct access they require and not change them to get around access to parts of the CRM they should not have access to.

  6. On our current Grab website, when someone goes to request an appraisal, they complete a basic contact details form... Name, Email, Phone and Address.

    We are wanting it such that when someone starts typing their address, via Google Maps API, the address is completed and verified (they won't be able to submit the form unless the address is completed and then 'selected' using the Google Maps address that is presented).

  7. The current Blog section of the Grab Website backend for MRI / Box+Dice websites is fairly basic, difficult to use and time consuming to add content.

    We are wanting to add around 20 Blog Posts (or more) and are requesting the ability to bulk upload these (or at the very least add them much quicker). 3 ideas...

    1. Blog Post Publishing.

    Currently, the platform requires the adding of a new page, new menu item etc...

    At a bare minimum, it would be great if this worked more the way Wordpress does... where you go to 'add' a Blog Post, enter the…

  8. As an Admin I would like the option to Bulk Push Listings to a Web Portal.
    When a new web portal has been created, we are asked to bulk push the listings as in a certain status to the portal.
    In the Sales and Rentals tabs, it would be nice to have under the "More" options to add a portal in bulk to the listings and then push all listings as current, sold, off-market or withdrawn.

    Could you please put forward to the development team for the next upgrade to be able to add an open start time but no finish time.

    There is no legal requirement to have a start and finish time for opens. We just want to advertise the start time only but currently are unable too.

  11. Could we please have the EFT Number generated when making a trust payment displayed on the EOM Report and Payments Journal report? At present it is only the Payment Reference Number which is displayed.

    This would make it much easier for auditors to be able to cross-reference the EFT Reference Numbers used with ABA files against the bank statement when completing their audit.

  12. We would like to be able to have web form enquiry emails be sent to all the agents attached to a listing, and also be able to configure BCC of form submissions to (for example) the Sales manager.

  13. We use the email blast function to notify buyers of new properties that match their buying criteria, once sent B+D makes an automatic note on the contact wall detailing the email blast and when it was sent. This note is not visible on a contact wall unless the "include automated events" is checked.

    Is there a way that the "include automated events" box can be either checked by default for all contacts or at the very least stay checked after leaving the contacts page.
