We should suggest to B+D to add a feature, to listen in and summarise the conversation with the potential client (if the call is made via B+D).
Whether it is OFI call back, to summarise the buyers feedback and put through the system. Or even a home owner.
Lazy work! I know. But would assist with easier & more notes being added into B+D.
Hi Tracy
When a call is made via Click to Call from the Web App or via The Agent App, the calls are actually via the device connected to the CRM.
BD has no way of getting access to the 3rd Party Service Providers to listen in/record the calls made by agents.
So I do not feel this is something we could implement.
