Address Contact by correct name
As a consultant making calls I want to address a client by their correct name when they answer the phone so that they know they are familiar to me.
At the moment the Firstname is the only name visible on the contact screen so I would as to speak to that formal name eg/ Trinh rather than the name they go by, eg/ Rose.
Another example - Nikolaos is his legal name but he goes by Nick. I wouldn't know this unless I clicked Edit Contact Details.

We see the Contact Name (Susan) but they prefer to be called Sue as per Salutation Field.
We enter full Legal Name (per a Sales Contract) into Legal Name Field.
Unfortunately SMS sent when person attending an OFI is addressed by Contact Name where it would be good to have the option of choosing the Salutation Field.
