  1. When sending a bulk SMS out to clients it would be great to have a merge field so that we can address it to the contact and make the SMS sound more personal eg. Hi (First Name) ...

  2. It would be good if I had the ability to choose which ledger appeared on the Account Summary. For example I just generated an Account Summary for a particular property that I'd created 3 ledgers for as we had 3 offers on the property and all those ledgers appear on the Account Summary. I would just like to be able to show the ledger for the successful purchaser on the Account Summary.

    We are happy to let you know that this functionality is already available in Box and Dice Email Sync release 7.15.0

    With the Email Sync you can easily download the PDF from the Accounting section then email from your mailbox with additional attachments. This will then sync to the contact timeline in Box and Dice

  4. When issuing receipts the system does not default to the purchasers email coming through you have to copy it from the listing screen, it should feed through automatically once the purchaser is entered and deposit is clicked as the receipt option

  6. With most agent now using VPA payment options we shoulf be able to create a marketing campaign and have option of 2 totlas one with pay now and the other with pat later. Vendor can then tick prefered option and sign campaigns.
    Our current metod with B&D is messy...

  7. After an appraisal has been listed, we can no longer view the original appraisal date, only the date listed.
    When a compliance audit is being conducted, the auditor needs to be able to easily verify that – at the time of the appraisal – there was evidence of how the appraisal price was derived. They are looking to prove that there is no underquoting breach. This is not possible without the Appraisal Date being readily visible on a Listing.

  8. It would be a handy feature to be able to re-send an email to a contact in B&D. Some delete the email, or say they "never received it", even though we can see if they do/do not open it. Also, to be able to forward onto an updated or corrected email, or even cc onto someone else after original has been sent. It would save a lot of time and is also proof that the original email was sent.

  9. As an Admin
    I would like the option to have multiple Ad Copy
    To be available for my Window Cards that are printed from the CRM.

    Currently, there is only one space for Ad Copy. I would like it to show below

    Master Advertising Copy
    Heading
    Body Text

    REA (option 1)Advertising Copy
    Heading
    Body Text

    Domain (option2) Advertising Copy
    Heading
    Body Text

    This will allow me to add Advertising Copy for all portals in the Master Advertising Copy and then allow me to select which Ad Copy I would like to print when printing Window Cards for each listing.

  10. As a database manager of a larger organisation, I would like more options available than the current ones which are
    - no permission
    - up to 500 records
    - unlimited

    For example, I would like to be able to set my own custom limits for each different access level or even individual staff member.

  11. When adding a buyer note to via the Agent App, you have the option to select the note as an 'internal note'. This displays a red tag to show which notes you have marked as internal.
    This does not happen when adding a 'hide from owners' note via the buyer leads screen in the desktop/web application.

    Internal/private notes should be marked consistently across both platforms no matter which was used to enter them. This will provide assurance that they, when tagged correctly, will not appear when generating a vendor report.

  12. When the Outlook email sync is active, emails sent from outlook aren’t visible to others, for the purpose of visually maintaining communication with the contact. This means manual notes have to be added to verify to others that they are being nurtured.
    At the least, I want to be able to let others see the date, time, subject of these emails.

    Hi Catherine

    This feature already exists. When you create a Rental Appraisal there is a button called Save and Create Appointment.

    This allows you to create the appraisal appointment for the contact.

  14. I would like to be able to provide Vendors with a Tax Invoice without the name of the Supplier, sometimes suppliers aren't available and we change them to another option as a one-off. We also have some specialist suppliers that we don't want anyone else going directly to, particularly with larger development projects. It would be good to have the option to only have Item, Cost, Discount & Amount.

  15. Days on market is currently counted from listed date when it should be days on the actual market. DOM count should begin from portal upload date, not listed date as properties are often listed weeks before they hit the market.

We are wondering if when checking people in on the B&D app that when it comes to entering in the buyers phone numbers there is a display of the numbers being in a key pad format (like it is on a phone) rather than having to enter the numbers in from the strip numbers (like on a keyboard) as we are finding this is leaving lots more room for error when entering in the numbers.

  17. It would be great if admin (or the blast creator) is notified when an agent has approved their blast, currently we draft for their approval and have to keep refreshing the page throughout the day (sometimes forgetting to send).

  19. When you go to add a criteria to a contact that is a lead on a property, it asks if you would like to 'Base Matching Criteria on this listing?'. It would be a very useful tool if you could manually change the Base Matching Criteria as it is generally not appropriately defined. This way you could set extra suburbs, use the areas function and/or amend the price range ect... At this stage each contact has to be amended individually. With this function, when asked if you would like to 'Base Matching Criteria on this listing?', hitting yes would make…

  20. A feature that allows you to insert a text field (ie. <contact first name>) in communications. This text field would the relevant text field into the communication.

    As far as I am aware, at the moment there is no ability to include things such as a contact's name in bulk communications. Having an option to insert a text field such as this would allow for messages to be more personalised.
