When sending a bulk SMS out to clients it would be great to have a merge field so that we can address it to the contact and make the SMS sound more personal eg. Hi (First Name) ...

    Please refer to my Ticket 133256 re the name field used by the automated SMS when a person attends an OFI

    It would be great if the Salutation field can be used as a merge field. We load a Vendor/Purchaser full legal name to Name field so it shows on Trust Accounting Account Sales to solicitor/Conveyancer and this field also feeds to Campaign Agent & RTA.

    This is becoming very frustrating

    B+D suggest using Legal name field which is already a coded field but linking this to our Trust Accounting seems to create other other issues. Campaign Agent have advised they can not integrate that coded field.

    Kylie can you please have a look at this ticket and contact myself or Jo Pearce with your thoughts.

    SMS merge field - would be great to pull from Salutation field rather than Name/Surname field - request from company directors

    Hi Rhys, have you tried using a Library template for this? You can merge lots of things that way. :)
