Appraisal date not showing for listed appraisals
After an appraisal has been listed, we can no longer view the original appraisal date, only the date listed.
When a compliance audit is being conducted, the auditor needs to be able to easily verify that – at the time of the appraisal – there was evidence of how the appraisal price was derived. They are looking to prove that there is no underquoting breach. This is not possible without the Appraisal Date being readily visible on a Listing.
Please can the 'Date' field visible in the Appraisals search screen be added to the screen of a listed Appraisal. That Date field reflects the Appointment date if there is one, or the Activity Date if there isn't.

If you have listed the Appraisal via the List button in the blue menu, then the Listing will have an Appraisal tab to view the Appraisal date.
