Emails synced from Outlook can't be seen by others so nurturing activity is hidden
When the Outlook email sync is active, emails sent from outlook aren’t visible to others, for the purpose of visually maintaining communication with the contact. This means manual notes have to be added to verify to others that they are being nurtured.
At the least, I want to be able to let others see the date, time, subject of these emails.1 vote -

Please add the funcationality to add appointments to rental appraisal after its been created.

This feature already exists. When you create a Rental Appraisal there is a button called Save and Create Appointment.
This allows you to create the appraisal appointment for the contact.

Campaign Advertising Tax Invoice without Suppliers
I would like to be able to provide Vendors with a Tax Invoice without the name of the Supplier, sometimes suppliers aren't available and we change them to another option as a one-off. We also have some specialist suppliers that we don't want anyone else going directly to, particularly with larger development projects. It would be good to have the option to only have Item, Cost, Discount & Amount.

Make Days on Market count from original portal upload date
Days on market is currently counted from listed date when it should be days on the actual market. DOM count should begin from portal upload date, not listed date as properties are often listed weeks before they hit the market.

Display feature for entering in phone numbers on app
We are wondering if when checking people in on the B&D app that when it comes to entering in the buyers phone numbers there is a display of the numbers being in a key pad format (like it is on a phone) rather than having to enter the numbers in from the strip numbers (like on a keyboard) as we are finding this is leaving lots more room for error when entering in the numbers.

Email blast approval notification
It would be great if admin (or the blast creator) is notified when an agent has approved their blast, currently we draft for their approval and have to keep refreshing the page throughout the day (sometimes forgetting to send).

With the Email Sync you can easily download the PDF from the Accounting section then email from your mailbox. This will then sync to the contact timeline in Box and Dice

Campaigns should give 2 payment option - one with Pay now and other figure with pay later.
With most agent now using VPA payment options we shoulf be able to create a marketing campaign and have option of 2 totlas one with pay now and the other with pat later. Vendor can then tick prefered option and sign campaigns.

Appraisal date not showing for listed appraisals
After an appraisal has been listed, we can no longer view the original appraisal date, only the date listed.
When a compliance audit is being conducted, the auditor needs to be able to easily verify that – at the time of the appraisal – there was evidence of how the appraisal price was derived. They are looking to prove that there is no underquoting breach. This is not possible without the Appraisal Date being readily visible on a Listing.

Being able to manually change the Base Matching Criteria of listings
When you go to add a criteria to a contact that is a lead on a property, it asks if you would like to 'Base Matching Criteria on this listing?'. It would be a very useful tool if you could manually change the Base Matching Criteria as it is generally not appropriately defined. This way you could set extra suburbs, use the areas function and/or amend the price range ect... At this stage each contact has to be amended individually. adding a name field to bulk communication
A feature that allows you to insert a text field (ie. <contact first name>) in communications. This text field would the relevant text field into the communication.
As far as I am aware, at the moment there is no ability to include things such as a contact's name in bulk communications. Having an option to insert a text field such as this would allow for messages to be more personalised.

The ability to filter by officeID within the Website API
At the moment, when our 3rd party uses the website API, they receive information for all OA offices. It would be easier if they could filter by our office ID (as OA has a lot of offices) instead of storing all office information in their database to then further filter. by Charlie Zeidler

Auto generate email to client upon adding a category
Could we please have the option to set up an automatically generated email when adding a particular category to a client. Specifically we are wanting to generate an email from our BDM when the Investor category is added to a client, as a way of introducing the PM team.

As a heavy user of auto-alerts where different staff deal with different steps in a sale, I would like additional fields to be available
We would like to improve an auto alert we have and in order to do so we need more information:
Specifically the trigger is category added. Essentially we only have the Contact Name as a means to know who this is related to so can we get some more fields available:
Phone numbers
Email address
Maybe client ID so we can build a link (is that possible) or even just a link to the contact would be excellent!

As a user i'd like to see 'Never' in stead of 'Jan 1 1970' whenever i have never seen a contact record before so that i am not confused and
As a user, if I enter Contacts into the system via an import, Ingesta, or some other method besides standard manual entry, the 'Last Viewed' timestamp appears to default to null or Jan 1 1970.
When I then view contacts in the search screen, these show up as last viewed 'Over a Year Ago'. This is confusing and counter-intuitive.1 voteLast Viewed remains null in the search screen when a contact is imported. last viewed "over a Year Ago" no longer exists. Date added is correct.

Add date stamp to Notes in Vendor Reports
When generating a Simple Vendor report, the notes displayed, as entered via the Buyer Lead register, do not include an automated date stamp. This makes it difficult for a Vendor to determine the chronology of notes as they relate to events linked to each Registered Buyer.
Without a date stamp, it’s difficult to tell whether notes were created on the same day as other notes/events, or else weeks apart. As a result, agents are having to type the date manually at the beginning of their note, so that it displays within the Simple Vendor Report for vendors to read.

Auto Alerts for Contact Activity Updates
Can we please have an auto alert made available that allows a consultant to be informed when a contact has a new activity created against their record by another agent. (eg: Buyer Activity when they have inspected another agents property or a Purchaser Activity when they have bought a property through another office)
