  1. Can you please look into the ability to be able to change the order of images in a listing in the mobile app.

    At the moment, we physically have to be in front of a desktop to be able to change photo's around in box and dice. If we could move a new photo to the hero shot position when we are out on the road, or with a vendor, this would allow us to be extremely proactive and amend things straight away. We would not have to wait until we are back in front of a desktop hours later.

  2. realestate.co.nz has recently launched the ability for agents to claim their sold listings on the website, and while they can do this manually at present, this sold data can now be sent to them directly via the API.

    The new listing status transition endpoint allows to update the listing status while providing additional information to claim the sale for the agent.

    Where would this data appear?

    The sold listing data will appear on the property valuation pages. They currently display CV data, sales history, and the estimated market value on this page.

  3. Can we please have a calendar of important dates made available for administration staff that includes all expected settlement dates, expected deposit release dates, deposit balance due dates, authority expiry dates etc?

    Admin staff would like to be able to track this information so they can set up meeting invites to go into their Outlook calendars and then only need to be making changes to dates in Box+Dice to changed settlement dates etc and have their calendar update at the same time.

  4. Often the size of a contract document is of a large file size and in some cases need to be saved in multiple documents, rather than just one document.

    Can the system be changed to allow the contract to be uploaded into more than one file and/or increase the allowed file size; and be able to 'send all' docs marked as Contract out from the Agent App.

  5. As a sales agent I want to be able to show our recent sales to prospective vendors via the Agent App so that I can impress them with our track record in the area and leverage comparable sales to have a price discussion.

    This kind-of works at the moment, because you can filter to display past sales, BUT

    • Sales are not returned in sale date descending order, and there is no way to sort by this - only Inspection, Distance and Last Viewed. eg/ for Eltham the first result is a 2012 sale.

    • The sale date is not visible, so…

  7. We have had a few agents ask why there isn't an 'add address' section on the mobile app? Buyers have requested for an updated market appraisal while attending an OFI. Because the agent is already on the buyer list page for the OFI he/she can't add the address?

    A contact button on the buyer screen at an open would be handy also. So if buyers do request contracts at the OFI, our agents can immediately press this button and it'll filter through to the 'manage buyer' area on their computers.

  8. In the state of Victoria it is mandatory that a Statement of Information document must be present when a Residential Sale Listing is advertised online.

    It would be great for the system to somehow alert or notify a user when they try to push a listing to the portals that either warns the user that they have not loaded a Statement of Information document yet or doesn't allow them to post the Residential Sale listing live without a Statement of Information document.

    (Bearing in mind exceptions for listings outside the state of Victoria or commercial listings)

  9. Could we please have the option to add an unlimited number of team members to an OFI time? At present it is limited to two consultants and the only way to add more to it is to have an additional OFI time added in. This however results in a duplicate time online if the agency is web portal loading from B+D. Thank you.

The current system functionality is such that when a sale is cancelled (i.e. a purchaser has pulled-out of a sale) the Purchaser Activity is changed to Purchaser-Cancelled and the Vendor-Sold Activity is changed to Vendor-Cancelled. All of the sale details remain on the Sales Voucher allowing the cancelled transaction to be viewed again at any time.

    If the Listing is placed back on the market immediately, the standard process is to reinstate the same Listing ensuring all campaign details are retained on the same Listing record including any IDs for web portal loading etc.

  13. Is it possible to make this a mandatory field on appraisals? It would help with reports etc so that you are able to gain an idea of where your appraisals/listings are coming from so you know where to concentrate your time.

  16. Would it be possible to increase the functionality of the app by being able to access the library in the agent app?
    Understandably, this is a lot of data that needs to be processed in order to open the library up each time, perhaps if the agent only had access to their own folder in the library? Admin teams could set up the SMS template for any agent who chooses to use it.

    We would find this incredibly helpful when sending out SMSs to buyers. Currently, we are asking Agents to save particular SMS templates in their notes section on…

  17. The "Actual Unconditional Date" is used as a trigger for some other parts of the system, such as allowing a sold listing to appear in the Sold section of a blast email, or to send through to a media vendor integration partner.
    However it is a manual field which is often overlooked, so it would be helpful to see this information auto populated once the Portal status changes to Sold which would confirm that it is in fact Unconditional.

  18. We would like the ability to capture web enquiries for listings from portals other than just REA and Domain. Especially via our own brands website by adding the Lead Capture email address as a secondary address. This would ensure all client details are captured from any source we choose, not just some, saving our agents from needing to remember to add some email enquires to the system and not others.

  19. Currently there is no way to report on listings that have a contract or section 32/SOI attached.

    Request to be able to search for files attached to a listing. Or run a report to identify if listing has files attached

  20. As an admin user I'd like to be able to print sent emails from the contact history in Box+Dice so I can include them in the file.

    This function existed prior to the Align update.

    When you go back to the email in the contact card, you can see the date and time it was sent but not the content. When you open the email you can see the content but not the date and time it was sent.

    A print button is available when you first send the email, but once you close the modal it is never available…
