Add user and agent email addresses for easy use to email /forward in Palace inbox
In Live, one was able to click on the right and select an agent or user to copy in on an email. Liquid does not have that facility - one has to manually type in the agent/user email address to copy or forward and email to them. We all work remotely and not in the same office to show your agent an email. Very frustrating - please add this idea.
