  1. Each month / quarter etc, we send levy notices to our clients. Some clients don't want to receive this email. We would like an option where you can set it up in the system where we can tick a box which will ensure that the particular owner wont get the levy notice. Currently there is only the option to set to print or email. We would like an option whilst it is set to email to exclude from email. It must not default to print.

  2. Show all invoices on portal.

    Some treasurers want to be able to view all invoices saved in filesmart on the portal. At present we have to do this manually from time to time as invoices are processed. I would to be able to choose to have all invoices for a strata plan automatically added to the portal for the committee to view.

  3. When invoicing management fees, it would be beneficial to also save the diary notes as well as the invoices to file smart. Some of our BC's require the approval of invoices and request a copy of our diary notes in addition to our invoice. Currently I am separating the invoices from the invoices, scanning and filing to filesmart individually which is very time consuming.

  5. It would be useful if there was a way to include the DEFT reference as a merge filed in the SMS function. This may assist with at least providing the relevant information for payment where they can copy and paste into quick payments field on the DEFT website from their phone.

  9. When sending SMS and select "Save to diary", if 2 or more lots are selected to receive the SMS, the individual lots selected are not listed in the diary entry. Only shows: 13 SMS sent - owner contact.

  10. Could the transfer to investment screen have groups added as a selection. I have investments in both general and group accounts. at the moment I have to use the Quick Pay option to enable to transfer to link to the group or I have to do a journal after to transfer the amount. it would be great to be able to do all transfers from "Transfer to investment".

  12. Often I need pull up Insurance related quick reports, and to try keep ahead of required endorsements for under insured buildings It would be helpful to have an additional column to show the current funds of the plan, and their FYE so that we can advise the manager they will or may fall short in a month or two if they don’t look into raising additional funds and provide time for meetings to be arranged, or that investment accounts be permitted to be drawn against or hold off from non-urgent works for new carpet that can wait 6 months.

  13. Would like an additional column to distinguish if the entry is an owner, tenant or agent by means of O, A, T would be useful. Considering the system can’t distinguish the difference from the property address and an alternate entered address for tenants when generating labels, mail merging etc.

    Even better if they could then vote on the received quotes on the committee portals.

  17. The Levy Notices button in the Change Owner Checklist Wizard does not print the VCAT page, nor is there an option to save that Fee Notice to FileSmart. The only work around is to print the Fee Notice via the Levy Notice wizard, making the button in the Change Owner Checklist Wizard fairly redundant.

  18. Currently splitting one payment as multiple receipts does not have an option in SM to receipt via OC number only
    We get a large payment/deposit for say over 100 lots in one OC and we have to enter the OC number for every lot number entered for the bulk payment. Would save a lot of time if we just had to enter the lot number in situations where the receipt is only for one OC.

  20. 'Sinking Fund Forecast' should be nominated as a 'compliance' item (Currently, the 'Sinking Fund Forecast' is designed as a 'Contract' and the merge field <<SinkFundRenewalDate>> looks at the expiry date) but should be able to look at the "Inspection Due Date" in the Agenda Wizard.
