  3. In a recent upgrade, STRATA Master has allowed users to record the interest rate and expiry of term deposit accounts which is then shown on the bank account tab of the corporation screen (attached)

    It would also be helpful to record the current bank balances of each investment account (some properties have multiple) so that all the information is in one place rather than checking registers or producing a balance sheet as well as the corp screen

  4. Under Compliance register there are no tabs for the actual AFSS due date, only 3 tabs referring to the inspection date. My suggestion is to swap "last inspection date" with "AFSS due date"

  6. There is no shortcut to go to next lot under Levy Journal Screen. When editing descriptions for levy information, we need to re-enter the lot number and strata plan each time as there is no icon to scroll back or forward.

  8. It would be good to have the option to break the budget down on a per quarter basis (in line with the quarterly levy income), instead of just annually. This would help short term cash flow management.

  9. When creating new plans, would like the ability to copy the plan data at the time of setup, into a new plan.

    Potential inclusions to this could include:
    - an option when loading new properties to select when multiple OC’s are applicable
    - ability to nominate the number of additional OC’s and load as per normal process but have these linked
    - ability to assign separate bank accounts, ABN’s
    - ability to link lots that are part of multiple OC’s so that when making changes to new owners we can update all associated OC’s at the same time

  10. Ability to issue invoices with several revenue codes – at the moment, each revenue code requires a separate invoice rather than multiple reflected on the one invoice as separate line items.

  12. There needs to be a section on the General or Tradesmen screen that allows the input of Building Manager details that can be loaded and viewed in the Owner Portal in the same area where the OC Manager’s details can be accessed

  15. Ability to attach multiple levy notices from multiple OCs at the same property as an attachment in one email rather than forwarding multiple emails for each levy notice/invoice to the same owner.

Currently, our lot owners process their levy payments using the DEFT payment system through Macquarie Bank, yet in the case with a lot owner with multiple levies due from multiple OC's within the same property, the lot owner is unable to process one credit card payment for all dues. The lot owner is therefore required to process multiple credit card payments for each separate OC levy due.

  18. When printing the cash management report through the AGM prep screen, we would like the option to remove the last section "Money expected to be payable". As there is no option, currently we are having
    to print multiple reports individually.

  19. When loading invoices through Filesmart - using the workflow process the invoices loaded only shows on Strata when pulled through for payment. It would be good to have the ability to sync filesmart so that it can pick up if an invoice has already been captured into the system through filesmart. There is no ability at present to pick up in the invoice caputure screen if the invoice has already been captured but is sitting in a workflow somewhere.

  20. In Filesmart on our side we can include a description, however when filing documents which clients have access to on through the portal, they cannot see any descriptions we have included. We need to have the descriptions we have included available for owners to see.
