Key Tracking to integrate with REST
We are considering a Key Tracking system and would find it beneficial if there was one which integrated with REST, as the information already exists and would not need to be duplicated.
We would like to be able to know where keys are at all times and an alert to come up if the keys have not been logged back in.

Commercial tenants should have an invoice number allocated to rent and outgoings.

Allow all merge fields for owner email merging
We are continually sending more and more emails for landlords and tenants through REST.
We encountered the following today. We would like to send email to owner notifying them that their rent is currently $? and will be increasing to $? on this date?.
These merge codes only appear under tenant. If we merge an email through this it will go to the tenant. Hence the only way is a posted letter.
Please look at increasing the merge fields in property for the next upgrade.

Property Information Tab - Ability to add further information
Povide a check box for NBN and Child Safety Locks as one of the things on the Property Information tab, or even as one of the Features in the Advert tab. These are 2 recent things that we feel are missing from Rest and it needs updating.

In mail merge for Commercial tenant letters. There is no mail merge field for the tenant's rent GST inclusive, only the rent GST exclusive. Can this be built in?

Add a function to transfer Tenant lease Information
When transferring the lease to a new tenant create a Tenant tranfser tab, still need to create new tenant but all the lease information would transfer and not need to be re entered

Ability to produce the Bond Report in Numerical order
wants the bond to be in numeric order so it is the same as the bond report from bonds online. 999 999 before 10000000 instead of the 1 coming before the 9.

Want to be able to back date rent increases so that REST calculates the new tenant status and updates it automatically

Delete work orders for invoices processed through workflow
At present, the work orders are marked as completed in REST but does not give you the option to Complete AND Delete the job once the invoices are processed in fileSMART Creditor disbursements.
This means that users have to manually delete the work orders which causes a lot of work.
