the text box in a property’s maintenance items should have an unlimited word/character count like Strata Master.. it’s very annoying that we can’t store adequate correspondence between parties on pending maintenance items.

to enter all correspondence and information about a property maintenance job within the Notes tab of the job. some jobs will last for months with quotes and correspondence going back and forth. there isn't enough space in that field so perhaps character limit could be increased. Alternative suggestion of creating separate action/diary notes for each conversation makes it difficult to read and navigate, it would be more tidy if all notes pertaining to one maintenance job could be under the one area.
