Property Information Tab - Ability to add further information

Povide a check box for NBN and Child Safety Locks as one of the things on the Property Information tab, or even as one of the Features in the Advert tab. These are 2 recent things that we feel are missing from Rest and it needs updating.

    Really need an nbn connection tick box so we know which rental properties have nbn connected. This would also help with final inspections and checking the nbn box has been left at the property when the tenant vacates.
