    We are pleased to advise that we have released workflow automation for lease renewals and rent reviews today! Further automation development is currently in progress for vacating tenancies. We'll let you know once that has been released.

    I would rather a conversation with my owners before they received an automated message. Especially when you have times with public holidays and weekends involved. If it can come with an option to switch feature off would be fine.

    I feel a lot of tenants may not appreciate the extra emails. I have tenants who hate receiving overdue notices on a weekend when payments are due and paid on a Friday.
    If it came with the option to switch off notifications for tenants that do not wish to receive, may be good.
