We get asked a lot for this documentation storage functionality from customers globally. My most recent was a BOC location in QLD. Maybe Contracts can be rebuilt to include anything you want to add where you can create your own library and Contracts is just one of the options, the ability to add the fields you need would also be helpful so you could create the fields you need for each document

Thanks for your suggestion,
The reason we notify all employees of an evacuation rather than just those marked 'on-site' is because often there is not perfect compliance - an employee may have forgotten to sign-in, or have signed-out but but not yet left the premises. However we agree that counting off site employees towards the total safe/not safe percentage can cause confusion. We will investigate further and open this up for votes.

Thank you Henrik for you submission. This is a great idea and would certainly streamline sign-in for OnPass Users. We will add this to our roadmap as its a simple design change however we will also leave it open for votes to ascertain priority as we do have a full roadmap until end of Q1, 2025.

We will bring this to the development team to investigate how we can improve our SOS feature. We treat an SOS as an emergency where it is preferable to double-handle, but empowering SOS responders to mark the incident as resolved, and improving reporting on SOS events are great suggestions.

As time goes by this gets asked for more by customers who despite being asked to log in here to vote may not actually vote. Having a place to store general documents of any type, so we no longer have to store general documents under insurance, will bring great value to the contractor module. Cummins is now asking for this same functionality, as it makes no sense that the types of documents we are currently storing under insurances should be stored there; the documents should be stored in a general document section. Contracts as it is built is no good either as set fileds for contracts do not apply to general documents that need to be stored.
