An error occurred while saving the comment Thank you Karina, when we created OnEvac we asked for community feedback (years ago now) and the overwhelming response to who is included in the summary was all those in your account. However; we will review how we communicate summaries and how we present this in the summary. I'll leave your comment open for assessing and further votes but we will review this.

We have tried to accommodate all clients globally by adopting the centralized alignment whilst be sympathetic to the limitation of various screen ratios and sizes. If we do receive support from the community we will look to support your request.

An error occurred while saving the comment Hi Natalie, we believe this could be supported within Custom Questions without the Google address lookup match however we will leave this for feedback from the wider user community in this forum. As an aside we do support address fields within the contractor profile if you use the 'Custom Fields' add-on and yes; it does incorporate Google Address lookup.

We do have a partner, Time and People, based in Australia, who provide an integration with Integriti. https://lp.timeandpeople.au/integration/ Whilst we have within our roadmap a number of access control integrations to deliver, including Integriti, we most likely won't get to Intregiti until late 2024 or 2025. An error occurred while saving the comment Thanks James, our engineers have enabled the 'trigger' popup for some triggers to fire at the outset of the sign-in process however we will review to determine if this is true across all trigger types. I' will leave this open for accessing for now.

This has not been scheduled for delivery at this stage but it does accommodate the objective of your idea. An error occurred while saving the comment Thank you Barry, our team will look at this to see if we can deliver a viable, easy to configure solution. We do have in development a change to our Alexa integration. This is used by clients to make announcements based on sign in or sign out activity. I will update you once we have a timeline on both of the above.

We have not to-date received feedback on the employee activation email wording being an issue however I would like to leave this open for further comment by the community. We tend to prioritize remediation's or feature enhancements based on demand but I am more than happy to leave this for feedback.

An error occurred while saving the comment Hello Fred, thank you for your submission. I wanted to get some clarity around your idea as we already do support the following:
1) You can add a QR Code to your Kiosk: Visitors then use their phone to scan the poster and sign in. https://helpdesk.whosonlocation.com/hc/en-us/articles/360051880333
2) You can create a QR Code poster (instead of using a Kiosk) and display that in your lobby or access area. Visitors then use their phone to scan the poster and sign in. https://helpdesk.whosonlocation.com/hc/en-us/articles/360058304393-Set-up-a-QR-code-poster
3) When a visitor does use their phone to sign-in (by scanning a QR Code on a kiosk or a poster) the last screen post sign-in displays an option to sign-out. The visitor would attend their meeting and upon departing can either:
3a) Open their phone's browser to return to that sign out option and simply sign out or
3b) rescan the QR code on the kiosk or poster and this time select 'sign out'.If a visitor is pre-registered and you use OnPass, the visitor will receive a QR or barcode on that pass (much like a boarding pass on your phone for a flight). Upon arrival they can scan that QR code using a compatible scanner on the kiosk to sign-in.

An error occurred while saving the comment Thanks Peter; we do see the use case for this however its a significant amount of work that would involve limiting any other dev work for some months. We have considered doing one area of the app at a time, so breaking the work into a series of phases over a period of time to limit the impact on other tasks. To-date we have not received that much demand for it. However we will leave this open for votes and feedback. Thanks again.

An error occurred while saving the comment Thank you for the idea Peter. With the team looking at an ID Scanning upgrade in 2024 and the concept of taking the contractor photo from a 3rd party system and pushing that to the Contractor's profile using the API will be considered. Visitors however is something we have not considered and we would appreciate a descriptive use case for this. We leave this open for comment.

An error occurred while saving the comment Hi Ricky, we do support the ability to add 'custom fields' to an employees profile. And of course you could include medical records. However in order to mitigate manually copying data from Workday to their OnLocation profile an integration would be better. We do however believe on first assessment that providing a custom field that is a 'link' to their Workday profile is another solution.
Making this data visible only to those with the right permissions would be crucial. We will leave this up for further feedback and votes from our community. -

An error occurred while saving the comment Thank you Bradley. The review team like the idea of supporting more of our notifications via Push. We have a 2024 planning session next week and will update you post that meeting.
Thank you Resaw, we assume you are referring to the message that is sent to those via SMS to self-verify AND that the change you require is to include the name of the zones being evacuated. We do have some clients with 20+ zones and if they evacuate say 19 of them we would have to list 19 zones which could result in multiple SMS credits being consumed for the sms msg. We will review to see if we can resolve this in some form for you.
