Now that Eagle has AI integration assistant. We’d like Eagle to use AI to interpret buyer enquiries, inspection notes, feedback and agent comments to identify and rank suitable buyers for a property, including at appraisal stage.

This would work best in the format of a Reverse Match button on each property and appraisal address to identify and rank suitable buyers from our database.

It should recognise buyer preferences, must-haves, deal-breakers, budget flexibility and buying readiness—including finance, timeframes and whether they need to sell.

Key features:

• Run a full match or a broader price-only match.
• Produce a ranked buyer shortlist explaining each match and suggested follow-up.
• Automatically archive inactive buyer profiles after a configurable period.

Rankings should consider how recent the information is. This would turn information already recorded in Eagle into a practical, prioritised buyer call list.
