Customisable contract progress flowchart
We’d like the ability to add or remove tick boxes in Eagle’s contract progress flowchart to suit each sale. For example, the ability to add 3 or 4 additional items could include:
Building and pest inspection satisfied
Buyer’s prior sale becoming unconditional
Due diligence completed
Each item should have its own due date and completion tick box, displayed alongside the existing stages. We’d also like to remove items that don’t apply, such as finance approval for a cash purchase.
This would make it easier to see which conditions are still outstanding, rather than grouping everything under “All conditions met”.
