Once you've signed in for the day that should be it. You should not have to continuously sign back in multiple times throughout the day.

It's done! MRI SSO (Single Sign On) is in place for all Property Tree users! Thank you for your ongoing support and feedback as we have taken significant steps forward in enhancing your experience and security.
Some key points to note:To never get locked out
- Multiple Factors: Configure multiple factors such as Okta Verify Authenticator and fingerprint so that you always have a backup method. This prevents login issues when mobile carriers experience outages if SMS is your only login method.
To keep your account secure
- Auto Log out: Sessions log out automatically unless a Property Tree tab was interacted with within 1 hour
- Sensitive Operation Challenge: Any page with the ability to change bank accounts require MFA verification

Authenticator
When using the PT Contacts App, Stop the request to log in & Authenticator at each use. Allow it to stay log in for a sufficient period of time

Filter
On the dashboard when you select filter to change the filters. The filter dropdown menu doesn't cancel when you press the x or Apply you need to reload the page to remove it.

Automatic property fees for budgeted Outgoings invoices
Charge the property fee automatically for budgeted Outgoings invoices that are not scheduled and are GST exclusive. Currently you have to do it manually as the GST is linked to the rental GST. If you raise a budgeted Outgoings invoice and the fees are set up to for budgeted outgoings receipted, then the property fee should be automatic charged when raising an invoice.

Adding Lease End Date Weekday Field to Mail Merge Fields
In QLD we now need to send a Notice to Leave with every lease renewal in order to prevent the tenancy from rolling over onto periodic. If there was a field in the mail merge print templates that had the Lease End Date - Weekday, which filled out a field with the day of the week that the lease is due to end, this would be so helpful. It would mean that QLD users could automatically send mail merges with a fully populated Notice to Leave attached. This would save heaps of time as we have to do them all…

Rent Review Date Agency Configuration & Automation
Allow the agency to set the frequency of the next rent review date to allow this to populate automatically based on a new tenancy end date. For example, we set ours to 120 days prior to the tenancy end date. Our team has to manually enter this when setting up a new tenancy, this should be able to be configured based on the agency's preference like inspections.

Complaint!
I have tried to contact support for days! Its pretty hard when you cannot login for days also! The security features are hopeless. I would really like some communication and support to fix our issues with logging in!

selection
The check boxes when selecting headings for reports used to stay showing while all selections were made, now they disappear after each selection, meaning a large number of clicks are required to select items while reopening the box.
Please make it stay open for all selections, it is very frustrating.

Allow for room changes with existing tenants
We manage boarding houses/student accomodation and often tenants change rooms when they extending etc. Would love to see a feature to allow room changes for existing tenants.

When you open up the strata plan info in PT, it should have the who the Property Manager next to the list of properties we manage in that strata plan.

Have an option per User to allow for emails to be received outside of Property Tree
We use the communications platform for emails, which works for staff that are logged into Property Tree all day, however for users that don't access Property Tree regularly (ie, Directors), we want to be able to send an email(s) and know that if it's replied to that it will come back to our external email. We can currently only have this on or off for the whole company, but it needs to be available at a user level.

Rent roll date range
There isn't any function of Date Range for manage rent roll. We require this so that we can close the books of accounts with the accurate figures.

Google Docs Mail Merge Letter
To be able to do merge letters in google docs as currently only set up for Microsoft. Not sure about others though we are moving completely over to goggle so will not have access to any Microsoft

Rent arrears procedures are too slow and time consuming - we created a property tree template for a 1B termination notice to be able to issue a bulk mail merge which was working amazingly well and we could issue multiple 1B notices to all tenants in one go... but then the template inputs dropped off for no reason (worked well then started not working) with no resolution on why it works sometimes but not all the time.
