  1. Have a Tenant/Owner's "Preferred" Name show in the Contacts View. At the moment you can only view a tenant's preferred name if you open up the Contact to amend it. It would make a huge difference when making phone calls to have the preferred name show on the main Ownership/Tenancy screen.

  2. Recent changes in legislation now mean that Rent Reviews in QLD are linked to the Property and not the Tenancy. It would be helpful to all QLD users to have a Rent Review option under the Property Profile so that we have the correct information at hand without having to look back into archived Tenants etc.

    We're pleased to advise that a new "Property Last Rent Increase Date" merge field has been added to your Mail Merge Templates, alongside the ability to now merge the Last Rent Increase Date to your REI forms.

  3. Ability to enter an increase to bonds like we do when entering a rent increase to the rent schedule, and this would need a due date.

    The due date could trigger an auto comms to send that the bond top up of X is due to be paid, and auto comms could be set to send X days ahead.

    This way, the original bond details remain (what was required at the time of commencement) and would track all bond top ups as rents are increased during the tenancy.

    We are pleased to announce that this feature has been released and you can now easily add a bond increase at the same time as your rent increases! Check out the release notes https://propertytree.elevio.help/en/articles/68976

  4. It would be great to have an option to immediately block a staff member when they leave and then revoke access later.

    This way you would have time to transfer their portfolio and assigned tags in inspections rather than having to do all this before you can revoke their access.

    This featured has been released! You can  now disable a users access within the User Management without having to assign their portfolio prior. This will disable any currently active user sessions for that particular  user within that database.

  5. Have the option for lease renewal fee triggered when the lease start date is changed. Also add the ability to charge lease renewal fee as a percentage of the rent.

    You can now create a Property Flat Fee or a Property Percentage Fee for a new lease renewal event, which is tied to the tenancy’s lease start and end dates. When you change a tenant’s lease dates and save, Property Tree will prompt you to charge the specified lease renewal fee

  6. It would be a great idea to be able to assign multiple business roles to a property to be able to track who is leasing and listing with the option to still be able to filter the tasks and notes by the property manager profile only

  7. I had a tenancy with a duplicate contact. I deleted one contact which happened to be the contact attached to the direct debit. I think there should be a pop up notification to let you know the direct debit will be deleted along with the contact.

  8. We'd like to be able to update profile tags in bulks, at the moment we have to go into each individual profile to do this. Would be much easier to do this in a list format
