Add an attachment to a bulk merge
Have the ability to add an attachment during the bulk email (before sending), this would be helpful so we can have an email template for mail outs that have newsletters attached, or updates to office operations etc

Merge field for Inspection Type - Routine, Ingoing, Outgoing
Would be good to have a merge field available for inspection type, so that the auto communications for notifying or sending the report can capture what type of inspection is being scheduled or has been done.

Ability to add extra email address (as BCC) when sending an email via Mail Merge.
When using MAIL MERGE to send an email (ie not via the standard system email function) the system only allows you to send to the email address of the recipient/s. Would it be possible to be able to have the option to manually add another email address as either a CC or BCC?
7 votesWe are pleased to announce that you can now use mail merge templates within the ad hoc emails allowing you to add cc email addresses that are not linked to a Property Tree contact. This sends out one email to all recipients.

Separate Commercial and Residential Arrears Notices
We need the ability to have separate automated communications for commercial and residential arrears (like we have the ability to do for automated inspection emails)

You can now filter Automated Communications for Invoice Arrears, Lease Expiry Tenancy and Lease Expiry Owner by Property Type. You can also now set up to 30 different Invoice Arrears notices and 8 different Lease Expiry Tenancy and Lease Expiry Owner notices.

Reply option on mail merge function when portals are active
When we send out mail merge email to owners/ tenant, please let the owner/tenant reply to the communication inbox instead of log in to portal.
1 voteWe're pleased to announce that all emails sent to your Portal Contacts will be sent as emails, and those contacts can reply to your emails! No more having to login to the Portals to reply! If you are using the communication platform, then those replies will come into your Property Tree inbox. If you aren't using the Communications Platform, then those replies will go to your external email inbox. You will still be able to send a Portal message, as will your Portal contacts, however the amount of portal messages will decrease as the primary form of communication is now emails.

Option to have more than 4 invoice arrears triggers
Would like more than 4 invoice arrear triggers. Rent arrears allows up to 28 and invoice arrears only allows 4 which does not make sense.

Ability to filter and search like other areas by agent, tags, management type etc

We need to be able to send emails greater than 4000 characters.
Now we are trying to keep all emails in Property Tree, it is critical that we are able to send emails of all lengths, including those with more than 4000 characters. We currently can't send an email greater than 4000 characters!

Receive email replies back into PropertyTree
Currently only Portal messages are received, we want to have the option to be able to have emails come back into PropertyTree as save against the contact rather than our external emails
1 voteThe May release introduced the Communication Platform which brings all email communications back to the original source it was sent from and centralises Tenant, Owner and Agent communications into a single email inbox
