  2. We have always been able to download our Anniversary Letters to word but that feature has been discontinued. Many times the address (or names) needs to be amended which is not possible with PDF.

  3. Have a Quick filter on the listing screens that you can filter by Office so when a sales admin role is looking after their own office they dont need to see any other listings

  4. In the Sold By Other modal, you can select an existing agent from the list or crate a new. This has resulted in a huge list of agents and agencies which isn't manageable.

    We need a way to tidy up this list (merging all duplicate agents) and control the creation of new agents/agencies being added to the list.

  5. We believe the ability to record call logs in Box+Dice is core functionality for our team. Being able to track calls with our contacts is essential for maintaining a complete communication history and ensuring accountability.

    Ideally, this feature would also allow us to create a follow-up calendar event (integrated with Outlook) directly from the call log. This would streamline our workflow and help ensure timely follow-ups, which are critical to our business.

  6. Like most businesses, we have a number of forms – Privacy statements, fillable offer forms, trust account detail forms etc that need to be in each file section of our listing for administration purposes and also available to the sales agents (through the agents app).

    These are generic forms which need updating from time to time and also need to be added to or changed regularly.

    Wouldn't it be great to be able to add these files to all current listings in a bulk upload?

    It's currently extremely time consuming to search and open each individual listing file and drag…

    We would love to have an option within edit matching criteria that allows us to filter matching listings displayed based on listing types.

    For example, adding in a drop-down filter.

    It would be great if the filter can include the current listing types:

    • Private sale
    • Auction
    • Expressions of interest
    • Off market

  8. When adding a contact as a buyer on the app, if you are searching using numbers e.g. adding the contact by mobile, we would love the for the numeric keyboard to appear like a keypad, similarly to editing a mobile on a contact. This enables a more efficient process for agents and less room for error when entering contacts at opens as the keypad is a larger screen.

Buyer reports - please adjust these reports to show us whether we have an property address for these OFI buyers it’s literally the most important thing to be able to see and know eg where they’re moving from and whether they have a house to sell or not…crazy we can’t print a report with that on there.

  13. We think it would be beneficial for Box+Dice to have a contact card page, similar to the Vault Filing Cabinet options. See example below:

    This way agents can save Documents and IDs against the contact card, rather than the only place documents can be saved being a property page.

    I would like Auto Alerts for Staff Personal Details
    So that I can keep track of my staff's milestones

    Example:
    Category = Staff
    Trigger = Birthday Date Reached
    Action = Send Email
    Subject = [Staff Name]'s birthday is this week
    Message = Send them a card, their birthday is on [DOB]
    When = 7 days before

    DOB pulls from Staff Personal Details

  16. Now we have an "Authorised Offices" ACL, I would like to see this expanded out to the Dashboard permission settings please.

    Currently team members have the option to view only their own dashboard or the entire office group.

    I would like to be able to allow team members to view their own office/authorised offices, subject to their sharing permissions.

    This would help reduce initial load times for the dashboard and ensure teams can view relevant information while avoiding exposing sensitive GCI target/budget/performance widgets to people who do not need access to it.

  17. I’d love if you could consider adding a ‘Bcc the second agent’ on the send email section.

    We constantly have duplication of messages in our agency and this would be helpful in reducing this if they could be bcc’d.

  18. We would like to add a "Follow Up SMS" button, similar to that of the "Check-In" button on the buyers list of a property. Once clicked, the bulk SMS template created in the automations section of Box+Dice will send to the buyers, and will also create an sms communication point against their name.

  20. To keep our database clean, we would like the ability for Admin to search contacts, filter them and then bulk delete, rather than delete 1 by 1. There are several instances of "buyer-in" at an OFI and then they are still there months, years later without full details, etc.
