Add property information to buyer reports
Buyer reports - please adjust these reports to show us whether we have an property address for these OFI buyers it’s literally the most important thing to be able to see and know eg where they’re moving from and whether they have a house to sell or not…crazy we can’t print a report with that on there.

Ability to save files on a Contact Card
We think it would be beneficial for Box+Dice to have a contact card page, similar to the Vault Filing Cabinet options. See example below:

This way agents can save Documents and IDs against the contact card, rather than the only place documents can be saved being a property page.

Option for Admin Bulk Delete under search Contact
To keep our database clean, we would like the ability for Admin to search contacts, filter them and then bulk delete, rather than delete 1 by 1. There are several instances of "buyer-in" at an OFI and then they are still there months, years later without full details, etc.

Display Contacts Marketing Permissions on the Contact Screen
View the permissions for each contact in the RH navigation column of their record, rather than click the “Edit” button to view.

My Contact Consultant Column
It would be great if user levels ie Manager, Manager (Open), Admin and Franchise Admin could use the columns in the contact screen to pull through the My Contact consultant that the client is assigned to as opposed to searching per agent to get the result we are after. For example, searching for categories is any of - Physical Mail with letters permitted, we'd love to be able to pull over the My Contact Consultant full name, not initials so we can download and arrange a mail merge for a letter.

Finding properties not under management for BDM
As a BDM I would like to be able to filter for contacts in my system who own a property that is not their residential address and that is not currently under management by my agency, and to be able to also filter/order this by number of properties owned

Bulk Print Pipeline Clients, One Contact per A4 Page, Full Note/Timeline History
A top operator who uses another CRM is able to have his pipeline printed in the following format:

canned responses for auto responder

In Vault and My Desktop, there is an option to create automatic buyer lead responses per listing.
This allows you to create listing information that is not currently available online. For example, the client wants the listing to show as current on the portals, but when a contact enquiries they would receive information such as "This property is currently Under Contract"
Having the listing as current online allows for more interaction with the listing than if it was advertised as Under Contract.

Enable lead capture via Plezzel integration for project listings
Currently the Plezzel integration enables web lead inquiries to be captured in Box+Dice as Buyer Leads for Sales listings, however not for project listings.
Please can this be made possible for project listings too.

Send agent details as contact card to client
As an agent, I would like to send my details to a clients mobile via a button in Box+Dice, that sends them a contact card with the following information:
Name, Position, Mobile, Phone BH, Email Address

Box+Dice could host a PDF as a link.
It would be great if box+dice could host a PDF as a link.
What we mean by this, for example, is if we had a contract of sale PDF that we wanted to send via text message link to a client, we could do so by sending them the link that they click that takes them to the PDF hosted by the box+dice website.

Address Contact by correct name
As a consultant making calls I want to address a client by their correct name when they answer the phone so that they know they are familiar to me.
At the moment the Firstname is the only name visible on the contact screen so I would as to speak to that formal name eg/ Trinh rather than the name they go by, eg/ Rose.
Another example - Nikolaos is his legal name but he goes by Nick. I wouldn't know this unless I clicked Edit Contact Details.

Make accurate notes easier
As a salesperson who likes to use the type of note to filter last contact I would like the system to make it easier for me to select the correct note type - phone, other, etc by putting this on the critical path to making a note on the Contact screen in the CRM. At the moment the note type selection is an afterthought and often forgotten which undermines the effectiveness of the filters based on kind of contact.

Add E-Alert interest as Web Leads
Feature request posted on behalf of client :
A recent E-Alert that went out from our account via B+D to compatible potential buyers for a particular listing had 6 unique people clicked through to view the listing. The feature request then is to set up 'ingestion' of these clicks over to the Buyer Leads section of the listing...

Tick/untick by page when sending bulk SMS
In situations where I need to send a bulk SMS to a large number of recipients (over the system cap) I would like to be able to sort my on-screen filtered list of contacts to display 100 at a time, and then select each page-full in turn and SMS them.

Gender Selections in Box+Dice need to be more fluid and inclusive
As an agent
I would like a new field in B+D for gender
In order to correctly address a contactAt the moment we can only select male and female genders. This is required to be updated as a lot of people do not identify as either.
Having another field available to select, will help the agent to correctly address the contact when they are communicating with them.
