  2. While we can now create a new custom template for Auto Responder emails, the subject line is hardcoded.

    It would be nice if we could edit this Subject line the same way we can with Blast to make it more personable.

  3. As a consultant making calls I want to address a client by their correct name when they answer the phone so that they know they are familiar to me.

    At the moment the Firstname is the only name visible on the contact screen so I would as to speak to that formal name eg/ Trinh rather than the name they go by, eg/ Rose.

    Another example - Nikolaos is his legal name but he goes by Nick. I wouldn't know this unless I clicked Edit Contact Details.

    In Vault and My Desktop, there is an option to create automatic buyer lead responses per listing.

    This allows you to create listing information that is not currently available online. For example, the client wants the listing to show as current on the portals, but when a contact enquiries they would receive information such as "This property is currently Under Contract"

    Having the listing as current online allows for more interaction with the listing than if it was advertised as Under Contract.

  5. Would it be possible to have the legal name of a contact pull through as the name listed on all documents generated - ie account sale reports, instead of just the general letters.

    Otherwise just the client 'name' appears which may not be sufficient for accounting / legal purposes on all documents.

    You do not always need to input a legal name, however when you do it is often because it is required. And you would want this legal name to pull through to all documents relating to this client/sale.

  6. I've been told that B+D has 4 options for type of sale:
    Sold before auction
    Sold after auction
    Sold at auction
    Private Sale.
    For our record keeping purposes it would be a massive help if off market sales could be recorded. Currently we have to measure this metric manually instead of running a report. Is this something that could be accommodated.
    While those are Sale Types, within that you can filter for Listing Type Off Market and run the report from there, however there are instances where the listing type would be Auction or EOI, or PS, and a property…

  7. It would be useful to be able to present contacts with the ability to unsubscribe from different types of blast campaigns.
    For example to unsub from a newsletter, but retain subscription to auction reminders and OFI reminders.

    Currently users can only unsubscribe from ALL blast emails.

  8. When receiving commission for a conjunctional listing, we add the conjunctional agent's commission as a deduction so that our agents/office will be paid the correct amount.

    On multiple occasions the full balance of deposit has accidentally been released to our General Account. It would be good not to have to manually check if a sale requires a conjunctional commission share payment before releasing deposit.

    Perhaps via a 'defacto' invoice, or some method of creating a Pending Payment.

  12. Like most businesses, we have a number of forms – Privacy statements, fillable offer forms, trust account detail forms etc that need to be in each file section of our listing for administration purposes and also available to the sales agents (through the agents app).

    These are generic forms which need updating from time to time and also need to be added to or changed regularly.

    Wouldn't it be great to be able to add these files to all current listings in a bulk upload?

    It's currently extremely time consuming to search and open each individual listing file and drag…

  14. Being able to create a rental appraisal letter or any other letter the same way you do a Sales letter would be greatly beneficial. Seeing we use Box N Dice to upload properties to realestate.com.au and domain, having this function makes it easy to keep track of rental appraisals as well as a easy way to produce letters to owners and to potential purchasers as well.

  15. In situations where I need to send a bulk SMS to a large number of recipients (over the system cap) I would like to be able to sort my on-screen filtered list of contacts to display 100 at a time, and then select each page-full in turn and SMS them.

  16. Currently, a client can only view reports for Blast emails and E-Alerts.

    Can we please consider implementing a way for clients to see a report of emails sent to contacts?
    Ideally, the report would need to contain:

    Opens
    Not opened
    Unsubscribes
    Failed emails

    This is similar to the current Blast Reports.

    A user can export up to 500 records in the ‘advanced view’ screen, but not in the front end screen, unless access levels with the ability to export more than 500, is given to that role.

    Request:
    Client would like the ability to nominate the number of records an individual Access Level can export.

    Outcome:
    Staff can only export max amount data based on ACL for each role.
    Staff Open - 50 records
    Manager Open - 100 records

    Admin - 500 records
    Franchise admin - unlimited

    It would be good to be able to add additional filters like:

    1. Requested or Sent Building and Pest Inspection Report

    2. Requested or Sent Due Diligence Information

    3. Registered for Auction

    4. Requested or Sent EOI/Tender Offer Form

  20. View the permissions for each contact in the RH navigation column of their record, rather than click the “Edit” button to view.
    To avoid marketing emails/SMS being sent to contacts, when they have explicitly requested not to receive them, or they have unsubscribed.
