Office-wide Buyer Lead Sharing with Restricted Vendor Access
It would be extremely helpful to have the function to share all buyer leads and purchaser records across the entire office, regardless of which agent created them. This would allow agents to collaborate more effectively, match buyers with suitable properties, and provide better service to clients.
At the same time, vendor information should remain restricted to protect client privacy and business relationships. Vendor details should only be accessible to:
- The listing agent(s)
- Managers & Office administrators (or users with admin permissions)
This permission structure would enable office-wide collaboration on buyers while ensuring vendor information remains secure and confidential.
