  1. When entering a new address into Palace, Palace can look up a street name and postcode, but mysteriously leaves the suburb and city blank. Surely it can add these in automatically?

  2. A global setting (or agency setting) to exclude the tenants' names and details from inspection reports to help protect their privacy. I know you can do it when you send individual reports, but it would be handy to do it across an entire portfolio.

  3. The Palace inbox has an archive button within the inbox area, but none within an individual email. To archive and email after reading it, you need to click back, find the email, and then archive it.

    An archive button within each individual email would remove this back and forth.

  4. add an area on the rent review page to add the bond increase (optional to enter but good for those that want to increase the bond at the same time)

There are certain tenancies that need water bills sent to an alternate email address, or sent to an additional email address, however currently from document flow they can only be sent to the email address loaded against the head tenant. Eg. if all flatmates need to get the water bills, or if a different person/entity pays the water bill, from the contact email address in the head tenant. We would want the head tenant's email address to stay in there for all other correspondence, but need an option to send water bills to an alternate tenant email address.

  6. Is there any way we can add more than 15 digits for bank accounts - We are having a few issues with accounts now having more digits and dropping one number is sending payments to wrong accounts.

  7. Sometimes when doing the bank import, there are tenants who are matched BUT you know that they should not be. So one unticks them so they are not processed, so they can be processed later manually.

    There is currently an Unmatched report in the bank import area and that is what it reports at present, but how then do u get an unprocessed report?

    As a user, we use the unmatched report as an “Unprocessed report” and one would expect, if an entry that had been matched, was unticked, then it would be reported as Unprocessed.

Is there anywhere we can tick/untick when processing a Supplier invoice via Dashboard- and we need to tenant charge- so that the tenant does NOT receive the tenant invoice via email (e.g they will be paying invoice from bond refund as discussed - however some tenants forget & pay us anyway when they get emailed the tenant invoice!) The option to untick 'email tenant' is available when we do Tenant charge via transactions screen but can't see this option when doing invoices via Dashboard.? Thanks !

  10. Is there anyway to add a pet alert on the main page of the inspection app to alert me or any new property manager that pets are or not allowed at the property? Otherwise it is only in a tenancy agreement and note recorded anywhere for the future. Many thanks

  11. It would be great if we could sent a bulk email to Landlords using information from tenants.

    We would like to be able to send emails to Landlords with information such as the tenants paid to dates, lease expiry dates and at this stage we cannot do this.

Would be great if you could move (drag) items around in the diary so they follow each other in a logical order eg if an owner accepts a quote via email and you activate the work order then drop everything else into the diary from outlook that related to that work you could shuffle them into the correct order

  13. Would be time saving & a great way to keep track, if when we enter the Supplier Insurance details & expiry date under the 'options' tab that the expiry date is fed to Dashboard as a 'Reminder' to chase up Insurance upon expiry date.

  14. The Daily Bank Reconciliation Summary when out of balance shows the 2 balances but does not show the difference between them both, so one needs to then work this out to see how much one is out of balance before then looking for the problem.

  15. If we have an option for a due date for invoices then have the reminder sent to PM if the invoice is due for payment or outstanding rather than getting notice from creditors.

  16. currently it defaults to ALL tenants including vacated. We hardly look at that vacated tenant arrears so it should default to current tenants and if we want to choose vacated we can select that manually. Thanks :)

  18. When something goes wrong, we get a pop up box saying error, but it gives no information, this must be frustration to the support team when we report it and it is frustrating to us. Can it have some information inside it please

  19. Add the property keep back this month field as a new column beside the Owner Balance column in the invoices tab under Dashboard.

  20. To ensure suppliers have the required compliance before allocating work and to enable us to monitor where insurance or licences are expiring. Add in the supplier edit screen fields for this information and add merge fields to be able to report off.
