receipt
when doing a receipt tenancy invoice and (eg: water payment), the receipt could automatically be sent to the tenant.
currently you got to spend 5 minutes going into transactions, history, find the transaction, download, sign it, take a screen shot, crop and send them their copy. its very long winded.

Why do you provide a receipt? If its an electronic payment, there is no legal requirement to provide a receipt. They can access proof of payment from their banking.
