Add auto sms function for inspections
Inspection reminder automatically sent when inspections are scheduled and again 3 days before inspection.

Tenants Invoices - Comments Section - Can only fit 255 Characters.
Sometimes if there is a lot of work to be done, especially in a final, there is a big description on the invoice to on charge, but I can only fit 255 Characters. This is a pain as I have to go through it manually and try and edit it so it says the same thing but not using as many characters. if we could have this field allowing more characters, this would make it a lot easier.

Have rent arrears show in red on home screen and reports
Can we change it so that when a tenant is in arrears it shows up red on the home screen and also on reports? Can we also make it clearer by putting DR beside it and when they are in credit put a CR beside it? It would make it easier for tenants to understand and for us to explain the report to them

Integrate / Sync with Google / Outlook Calendar
All reminders / inspections etc, to integrate with our Google / outlook calendar so that we can see on our calendar what's coming up for the day, including Routines, Reminders / Alerts / Due maintenance

Warning - Reversals
We need to have some kind of warning 'pop up' if you about to reverse a transaction number that has already been revered.
Perhaps a warning also when reversing a supplier payment that has already been paid (ie actually paid out of the bank - included in a bank upload)

Supplier remittances to show pending invoices
It would be fantastic for the supplier remittances to show invoices that have been entered but are pending/unpaid awaiting funds the way the landlord statements do so that when they get paid they don't call/email asking whether invoices have been received they can see that they are received & entered awaiting funds & it stops us having to generate the unpaid invoices report to send to them if it just included on the bottom of the remittance

Ability to send owner statements from the main admin email (not the PM's)
We prefer our statements to be sent to owners from our team running all the accounts side of things, so our OA's.

Ability to archive letters/ document templates in Palace
Would be great if we could archive (rather than delete) letter/ document templates that we are not using (but do not want to delete in case needed in future) to reduce number of 'current' letters we have saved under Document Templates

Delete multiple images at once in an inspection.
It would be great if there was an option to batch select and delete multiple images at a time from a property inspection. It's very laborious having to delete them one image at a time. There is already a 'select all' option but no delete option, so I'm unsure why there isn't an option to delete multiple images after selecting a batch.

Outstanding invoice arrears SMS amount is merged at total owing, it should merge with what is overdue
Currently the invoice amount merged from palace is for ALL the invoices but it should just be the outstanding invoices. I have to override the amount manually which takes up time and defeats the purpose of having the amount merged in first place.

Add the property managers name to the 'Tenancy' screen that lists tenants
If a tenant calls, or we are trying to find which property manager the tenant belongs to, rather then search the tenant & then have to go to the property to see who the property manager is, if an extra column could be added naming the property manager, then we would have tenant, property & property manager visible on one screen

Additional owner tab
Would be good to have a second owner tab, same as additional tenants. This will allow landlord names to be reflected correctly in merge documents

Add in a Policy number text box to the insurance area under the options tab in the property so this can pull through to agreements generated in other software.

Option to send Mid month statements to owners with no funds/overdrawn
mid month statement should be sent to the owners even though they are overdrawn. And along with the invoices

Toggle for Mid Month Statements
We send out mid month statements. Can we please get a toggle in the set up so that we dont have to tick the box to send the statements every mid month.
If you are in a rush & forget to to select send statements, it takes AGES to manually send them all out. Plus it needs to be resent before the banking for the next day happens.

Allow more than 1 owner access the owner portal
A lot of our owner groups have multiple owners (ie husband and wife, Trust, etc). It would be useful to allow the owners to have a login per person. It would also be useful to know which email or emails are currently active on the owner portal. If the email field is changed for the owner, this does not change the login to the owner portal.

A global setting to exclude the tenancy details from inspection reports (privacy concerns)
A global setting (or agency setting) to exclude the tenants' names and details from inspection reports to help protect their privacy. I know you can do it when you send individual reports, but it would be handy to do it across an entire portfolio.

Archive button for mail within individual email
The Palace inbox has an archive button within the inbox area, but none within an individual email. To archive and email after reading it, you need to click back, find the email, and then archive it.
An archive button within each individual email would remove this back and forth.
