Would love to be able to schedule emails to go out at a specific time and date (like outlook" so if you are working non traditional hours for whatever reason, you can schedule emails to go out during business hours or even to be able to schedule emails to go out to tenants at certain intervals in advance - exit emails, welcome emails etc.

  2. Could a section with a calculator for dates be added. Would be helpful when issuing 2 strike notices, 14 day breach notices or 90 day notices.

    It would need to account for service times.

    I can see a simple add date, ie todays date, request service days as a whole number and then it calculates ie 28 days, 63 days, 90 days etc etc

  4. Apartment Buildings can have hard wired smoke alarms as part of building and then as part of WOF

    It would be good under the area where smoke alarms are recorded in Palace to be able to add these with option of hardwired instead of adding expiry - currently unless you add a fake date you can not add these and their locations. Yes we can add building wof dates as they expiry but it doesn't identify properly that it is hardwired.

  5. Currently in Palace there is only option to put in Insurnace details for the owner in a small space.

    I request that we have an insurance tab under the property edit screen that allows us to add insurance details and/or multiple policies that there could be (a policy can be different for different properties under the same owner). Also be able to add documents - the certificate of insurance as well as the policy. The expiry date needs 2 options - a set date which sets a reminder in our dashboard a month before or we can run a report…

  8. Tenant statement - We would like to be able to send our tenants statements every 3 months, showing the rent received, rent status and any Invoices paid and/or overdue. A simple statement is all that is needed, all current reports show a bit to much information a snap shot of the three month period would be fantastic.

  9. When typing up an inspection report you have to turn on the auto save toggle button each time. Can this be turned on permanently. This would save us losing data

  10. Currently, when you add a vacate date to a tenant, you get asked if you want to set the property date available to the Tenancy Vacate Date. This should be the day after the vacate date.

  12. There is currently no field under the owner details for company name or legal entity name under which the property was purchased under. We normally need this important detail for our Tenancy Agreements. As a work around, we use the 'Last name' field for the company name. Any third party API that is linked to Palace collects this last name as the field for the owner. Technically speaking, there should be a separate field for the contact name/Owner name and a separate field for the company or trust name that the property was purchased under.

  17. To streamline the integration side with Sats and TPS, currently when Sats does an annual service and they update the certificate this is not updated in the palace system, it stays the same ,and does not UPDATE to the current certificate, which means a manual edit for every single property, with TPS I would like to see the capability to sync the smoke alarm report from palace instead of just the HHS report from palace for the rental agreements. Currently a lot of time is spent double checking and having to correct manually .

  18. In Palace server, once an work order email was sent there was a "email sent" on the work order screen. In Liquid the only way to tell is to save the workorder, go back to the property screen (which doesn't always work, sometimes the back button takes you back into the workorder), then go into the diary to see if it has gone. There needs to be some sort of indication on the work order.

  19. Separate ledgers for Maintenance Fee and Flat Fee as they both go to the Maintenance Fee Ledger. This will help in analyzing fees earned between the two.

  20. We have several suppliers that would like the remittance advice to go to their accounts team, but Palace automatically selects the primary email address when doing a bulk payment. The primary email address is where the work orders are sent, which is a different email address.

    I understand that Palace allows for two email addresses, but when using Tapi, its defaulting to using the primary email, the same as Palace does with remittances.

    It would be great to have a tick box in the supplier screen that asks if you want remittances sent to the primary email, or another email.
