Currently when you upload a new letterhead into Strata Master to utilise on documents such as levy notices, when the letterhead image is converted into the PDF document by Strata Master the image quality degrades significantly. This should be resolved to ensure company logos and letterheads display correctly without any loss of quality.

  2. Ability to assign/add a assistant or co-ordinator to each building, in addition to the strata manager. Would be great if this could then be an option to be shown on the owner portals with contact details and photo :)

  3. Add option to include a cc email address to the SMTP Server setup options in Agency Configuration/Tab 2.
    This will allow users that use third party emailing services to retain a copy of the emails that are sent out for future reference if required.

  4. We would like for Bill Payments to be automatically receipted when an Owner includes the reference number in his payment. Currently only Automatic Payments are automatically receipted and Bill Payments need to be manually receipted.

  6. We would like to know if there is a way for Strata to not automatically create a creditor invoice to the Body Corporate if a Lot has been sent a stage 1,2 or 3 letter? We prefer to create a MYOB invoice and workflow it through File Smart. With the new invoice approval system, we need to change all the BC's from hold to pay which will cause the Cr Invoice for debt recovery to be included in the next batch run and we will not have the opportunity to change the details. it just makes the detailed expenses messy,…

  7. Levies Due Report does not show financial groups. Only shows the main group OC1. If corp has multiple groups ie OC1, OC2, OC3 etc, the additional groups will not appear.

  8. When entering a diary entry and/or work order can we make that a recurring entry, ie, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly etc, which in-turn would become a maintenance schedule.

  9. The ability to create one PDF file rather than individual files when selecting multiple lot owners from a building card to send levies to.
    If you have a developer who owns 30 lots, are currently issuing 30 individual pages or emails, look to pdf bind as such so we can issue one file.

  10. It would be great if we could choose between email addresses that can be used in SM. ie to send levies , an email addy that starts with levies @ . To send notices or correspondence an email that starts with info @ it allows admin dept to better manage the email boxes and separate account enquires from general enquiries .

  11. When running interim reports, select save to file option there is no pop up box to select who can view the report on the owner portal. Currently if the reports are to be available on the portal each one has to be selected in FileSmart and select the viewable options.

  12. Can you please amend the Late Payment noteon the Macquarie Bank levy template?
    It currently reads:
    "Late Payment: If payment is not made by the due date, interest may be charged at an annual rate of 10%.

    This message is inaccurate as per Section 85 (2) of the Strata Schemes Management Act 2015 which reads:

    (2) Interest is not payable if the contribution is paid not later than one month after it becomes due and payable.

    I suggest that the wording be updated to:

  13. There is currently no merge field for an Owners Corporation Address when using the committee member data source on the mail merge function. This only appears when you select Owner/Lots data source, so when you are sending a mail out to committee members, you cannot merge in the property address, only the strata plan number.

  14. That there is a section in the strata master Corp. Screen to add information regarding Building Products Safety for a building that will then populate into Part 11a. of the Section 184 Certficate for issues such as combustible cladding on buildings.

  16. Please make all GL codes available when making payments. Not all payments are an expense. There are lots of reasons you need to code a payment to the Balance Sheet for instance (e.g. repayment of a loan, settlement of a sundry debtors). Currently these need to be done by journal which is time consuming and means they are not recorded as a payment.

  17. We would like to add our own QR code to our levy notices to allow our overseas owners to pay directly, in particular owners in China. The current code is of no relevance to us here in New Zealand.

  18. Meeting Template – Merge Fields – Add: Cash at bank (groups), Levies due Admin Budget (groups)
    Currently the merge fields only allow for the Main Group and we have to manually write in the figures for Multiple OC's/groups.

  19. Currently there is only a file card for Main Owner Contact. There is a space to write the developer & builders details but only a small amount of text. Developer & Builder should have a file card so details can easily be accessible.

  20. Accounting – Charge Quantity Management Fees – unable to select a ‘Group’ so can only charge OC 1 expenses. Should have the ability to select a different group, eg OC1, OC2 or OC3 for Multiple OC's within one Corp.
