  1. Levy notice delivery methods - print and email at the same time

    Ability to email owner and print copy for agent or visa versa. Currently can only either print or email - not do both at same time.

    We have noted some other strata companies having following options where we were not yet offered by Rockend: approval of invoices online by the Treasurer.

  3. Notify contractors that their quote was unsuccessful

    In the repairs and maintenance diary, if you mark quote as received but rejected, an automated email could be sent to the contractor to thank them for providing the quote but to let them know that they unfortunately did not win the job in this instance.

  5. Creditor Compliance

    Automated email to be issued to creditors if their insurances have expired and for them to upload their Licences and Certificate of Currencies for the required insurances.

  6. Duplicate creditor invoice warning

    Duplicate creditor invoice warning - currently SM only warns if the duplicated invoice is created for the same plan. We would like to have a feature that would warn if the same invoice is entered for a different plan to avoid duplication.

  7. Work Orders - ability to attach a quote

    Allowing the written pdf quotes to also be attached to the repair job in the same way that a photo for a repair can be attached.

  9. The ability to see an owners payment ref number and biller code on their owner card

    We have many lot owners call to check on payment reference numbers. At the moment we cannot see this anywhere on their lot card - we have to go into filesmart and look up a copy of their invoice. Would be most efficient to have the ability to see this on their owner card for quick reference and assistance.

  12. Bulk Email Wizard - Email Owners, Tenants and Agents at the same time

    Ability to be able to select all groups so that one email can be produced for example: to advise of a pending Fire Inspection where all parties are usually advised.
    To have to go through and select all groups one by one would also mean the possibility that an owner (committee member) may also be listed as a resident, they stand to get duplicate emails on the same topic.

  14. Pop Up Boxes (Entering Keys/Committee members Etc)

    When updating/adding committee member, meeting wizard, keys etc you now get a pop up box (Make A Selection) where you have to select from it and you can't use the arrow down to select what you want. Either get rid of the pop up box or make the down arrow usable to select what you want or by hitting the first letter of what you are selecting. As this process takes a lot longer and wastes time.

  15. Linked Contact Cards

    We would like to be able to check while in a contact card, whether it is a linked contact card and also be able to click an icon which will bring up details of the other properties that linked contact card is attached to.

  17. Copy/paste fields without having to go into Edit Mode

    It would be good to have the ability to copy the bank account number, the TFN and ABN for a strata plan without first having to put them into edit mode. We often have to provide this information to others and there is a risk it will get inadvertently changed when putting them into edit mode to be able to copy and paste.

  18. Updating Insurance Coverage details

    A more user friendly way to update Insurance Coverage details. Would like an + add option and an up/down arrow to move maintain an order sequence in-line with what is shown on the insurance policy.

    Currently, if the policy does not flow the same as the policy you are updating, you basically have to redo the whole thing when it only might be one line different.
