Would like to see the following reports made available:
*Income & Expenditure Statement with budget variances ($)
*Detailed Revenue
*Detailed Arrears

Income and expenditure report that is available in the strata committee online portal does not include the budget for that financial year. This would be a useful feature as clients usually use this information to track their expenses against the budget.

Rockend should upgrade their executive committee portal on Strata Master so the reporting feature allows the generation of a report for a specific month. At the moment the portal generates all reports from the commencement of the financial year for the strata, not an individual month. ACE sends out the monthly reports but an executive committee cannot self-serve from the reporting portal.

I am finally getting around to setting the portals up and have loaded it all etc however I do have some concerns that the information available to owners is very limited. With the finance reports there are no parameters for report dates. When you click on the balance sheet for example it gives you it as at the date you log on ( i.e. today) same with Income & expenditure report. This is going to be very confusing and cause more problems as most committee members want to know the balance at the end of the month not half way through.

Group Reports need to be available on the portal. This functionality was brought in in 2013, it is ridiculous that they are still not available. We have been asking for this for 5 years.

additional reports for portal - How do we add different reports to the portal other than the ones currently on it? Our owners want an actual owner’s ledger, not the current owner account report?

I regularly receive requests from clients requesting enhanced reporting options through the committee portal. Namely, the ability to amend the reports in line with reporting options available through form reports: -Reports for specific periods (monthly, quarterly, yearly etc) -Comparative period options (prior periods/pro-rate/prior year complete; budget variance; etc)
