  3. Work Order/Quote Request – Subject (eg blocked toilet) should be added to email subject line once request leaves SM and opens up in Outlook

  4. When updating/adding committee member, meeting wizard, keys etc you now get a pop up box (Make A Selection) where you have to select from it and you can't use the arrow down to select what you want. Either get rid of the pop up box or make the down arrow usable to select what you want or by hitting the first letter of what you are selecting. As this process takes a lot longer and wastes time.

  6. Currently, there is no way to hide Work Orders or Quotes from the Portal, should you make a mistake/ create a duplicate entry.

    When you mark a Work Order as 'Removed' it comes through to the Portal and shows as 'Closed'.

    There is a need for a feature that allows you to choose not to show such Work Order to Owners, i.e. ERASE it from owner-facing records/ reporting.

  7. Under the new WA Strata Titles Act to take effect from 1/5/2020, the interest rate on levy arrears is dropping from 15% to 11% This interest is not meant to impact interest that is already accruing on arrears.

    However, when we change to the new rate, all accrued interest will be reduced as Strata Master will recalculate all accrued interest on levy arrears with the new rate.
    Please build something that allows the interest rate to be updated from a specific date without the new rate impacting interest that has already accrued.

  8. Interim Reports shows page numbering on the report. To give the ability with a tick option to exclude page numbering when using the Interim Reports with other documents i.e. Agenda attachment when printing to Bing where page number are already recorded.

  9. We have many lot owners call to check on payment reference numbers. At the moment we cannot see this anywhere on their lot card - we have to go into filesmart and look up a copy of their invoice. Would be most efficient to have the ability to see this on their owner card for quick reference and assistance.

  10. When an owner has instructed us to send the levy to their agent, as well as receiving a copy themselves, both parties receive the levy.
    However with debt recovery, only the agent receives the debt recovery notice, not the owner. This needs to change.

  12. The new Levy Email Address (on the agent's card) introduced in V12, apart from sending levy notices and debt recovery notices, would like to see this to include submetering invoices

  13. Currently if we put a new meeting in strata master for their next years meeting, it shows on their list of meetings. The date might not have been set firmly but purely entered for our convenience from working papers and also so we can add motions requested to be included to avoid overlooking them.
    Would be great to have a tick button to release through to the portal ONCE the correct date, time and venue is known so we can still work on it behind the scene until details are confirmed.

  14. Registers - Pop up Box Selection

    Registers - When making a selection from the combo box we should be able to sort in alphabetical order or search with the first letter alpha to bring up all contacts starting with the alpha character, as well as, the ability to instantly search with multiple alpha characters of the name i.e. 'M' will highlight the first selection (but not in order) starting with that letter but if you enter 'Mic' will then move to the first selection that starts with 'C' being the last recorded letter. This is time wasting.

  15. Bulk Emails to Multiple Committees

    When sending bulk emails to multiple committees these should go in the BCC field. It is OK they are in the To field with a single committee as they are likely to have each others email addresses already, but not OK when sending to multiple committees due to privacy reasons.

  17. In the repairs and maintenance diary, if you mark quote as received but rejected, an automated email could be sent to the contractor to thank them for providing the quote but to let them know that they unfortunately did not win the job in this instance.

  20. Allowing the written pdf quotes to also be attached to the repair job in the same way that a photo for a repair can be attached.
