  1. When levies, etc, are sent to additional contacts, the additional contacts are BCC'd. I would like an option in Agency Configuration to select if the additional contacts are BCC'd or CC'd. Selecting CC will provide visual confirmation to the main contact that the additional contacts have been sent the levy, etc.

  2. Currently, there is no way to hide Work Orders or Quotes from the Portal, should you make a mistake/ create a duplicate entry.

    When you mark a Work Order as 'Removed' it comes through to the Portal and shows as 'Closed'.

    There is a need for a feature that allows you to choose not to show such Work Order to Owners, i.e. ERASE it from owner-facing records/ reporting.

  3. notify the Strata Manager when a lot owner have lodged an online vote for a meeting. (Maybe an email could be sent).

  4. Option to have "Print Bank Details" auto selected on insurance forms. Currently need to tick that option for each new claim that is created.

  5. Body of email to show amount due and due date for ease of reference, without having to download the attached PDF file - this could be done by adding a merge field in the LevyNoticeEmailTemplate.txt file to populate that data

  7. Create a "Save notices to file" option in the Miscellaneous Invoice and Multiple Miscellaneous Invoice screen to enable users to save these invoices to either Document Register or fileSMART.

  8. Would like to have the option to configure what is populated in the levy description when it is generated. eg. normally has "Quarterly Admin/Capital Works Levy". Would like to be able to set a different default description for all plans.

  9. Interim Reports shows page numbering on the report. To give the ability with a tick option to exclude page numbering when using the Interim Reports with other documents i.e. Agenda attachment when printing to Bing where page number are already recorded.

  11. Currently if you have this window open and you want to use any other window in Strata Master you have to close it. It would be most helpful if you could access other windows in Strata Master when generating an invoice as we often get interrupted by phone calls. It’s not something you can rush through (as a cancelled invoice remains in the Owner Ledger) so I have to close it and start again.

  12. Under the new WA Strata Titles Act to take effect from 1/5/2020, the interest rate on levy arrears is dropping from 15% to 11% This interest is not meant to impact interest that is already accruing on arrears.

    However, when we change to the new rate, all accrued interest will be reduced as Strata Master will recalculate all accrued interest on levy arrears with the new rate.
    Please build something that allows the interest rate to be updated from a specific date without the new rate impacting interest that has already accrued.

  13. When an owner has instructed us to send the levy to their agent, as well as receiving a copy themselves, both parties receive the levy.
    However with debt recovery, only the agent receives the debt recovery notice, not the owner. This needs to change.

  14. So that email versions can be sent to the nominated party which is not always the owner or agent, that can be reflective of the address noted on the Notices tab. It has been mentioned also that the radio button options for notices & correspondence should be in keeping with the abilities offered in bulk emailing

  15. When assigning diary notes to a different user, it brings up all the users that have ever been added to STRATA Master, even if they are not active in the system.

  16. Currently if we put a new meeting in strata master for their next years meeting, it shows on their list of meetings. The date might not have been set firmly but purely entered for our convenience from working papers and also so we can add motions requested to be included to avoid overlooking them.
    Would be great to have a tick button to release through to the portal ONCE the correct date, time and venue is known so we can still work on it behind the scene until details are confirmed.

  17. There are no alerts for invoices, or anything else in SM. For example, if you wanted to not pay a particular contractor for a particular strata plan, there is nowhere for this to be recorded in SM. It would be helpful if this could be configured around rules, like an outlook rule, so that an alert pops up when you are attempting to pay that invoice. Stratamatic used to do this, and Property IQ currently have this functionality.

    We are happy to let you know that your suggestion has been released!

    When creating creditor invoices from the Transactions menu or from File Smart Creditor Invoices, a warning will display if the selected creditor has a status of ‘Excluded’ for the selected property.

    To add a creditor as excluded navigate to the Tradesmen tab on the Owners Corp and ensure the creditor is added with a status of ‘Excluded’.

  18. It might be worth considering adding a search field in the ‘search/edit transactions’ tab so we can search by contractors rather than amounts.

    This way, when all the amounts are different for the same contractor, you won’t have to do a new search each time when cleaning up their expenditure

  20. Where a levy notice has two levies due on different dates within the same month, the individual levy does specify the date due date, however the "Payment Due" field will populate the date of the levy that is due last. This can be confusing for owners. Could the "Payment due" wording be removed altogether?
