Removed Work Orders coming through to the portal as 'CLOSED'
Currently, there is no way to hide Work Orders or Quotes from the Portal, should you make a mistake/ create a duplicate entry.
When you mark a Work Order as 'Removed' it comes through to the Portal and shows as 'Closed'.
There is a need for a feature that allows you to choose not to show such Work Order to Owners, i.e. ERASE it from owner-facing records/ reporting.
