  1. Levy Descriptions - set defaults

    Would like to have the option to configure what is populated in the levy description when it is generated. eg. normally has "Quarterly Admin/Capital Works Levy". Would like to be able to set a different default description for all plans.

  2. Email levy notices - show amount due in body of email

    Body of email to show amount due and due date for ease of reference, without having to download the attached PDF file - this could be done by adding a merge field in the LevyNoticeEmailTemplate.txt file to populate that data

  4. Insurance policy

    To be able to produce a report that doesn't have an insurance policy attached to it. Or adding an additional output in Quick report > Corporations that says 'Insurance policy'

  5. Coulour of backgroud and writing on Portals

    Web site is too faint, too pale, almost impossible to read unless in the right light. - very pale grey, on grey background

  6. Warning for certain creditor on plan by plan basis

    If a tradesman is "Excluded" in the "Tradesman" tab in the Corp screen there is a warning when issuing a work order to that tradesman.
    This warning should be extended to appear in the invoicing screens of File Smart and Strata Master.

  8. Westpac PayWay Levy notice slip

    Where PayWay and BPay options and configured to be shown on the payment slip, could you please space the text out more so that they appear separate to each other.
    Owners are getting confused due to the two payment methods
    being displayed on the payment slip on top of each other with no gap and the PayWay logo overlapping next to the BPAY information.

  10. Alerts for paying creditors

    There are no alerts for invoices, or anything else in SM. For example, if you wanted to not pay a particular contractor for a particular strata plan, there is nowhere for this to be recorded in SM. It would be helpful if this could be configured around rules, like an outlook rule, so that an alert pops up when you are attempting to pay that invoice. Stratamatic used to do this, and Property IQ currently have this functionality.

    When creating creditor invoices from the Transactions menu or from File Smart Creditor Invoices, a warning will display if the selected creditor has a status of ‘Excluded’ for the selected property.

    To add a creditor as excluded navigate to the Tradesmen tab on the Owners Corp and ensure the creditor is added with a status of ‘Excluded’.

  11. Inactive users showing when assigning diary entries

    When assigning diary notes to a different user, it brings up all the users that have ever been added to STRATA Master, even if they are not active in the system.

  12. SMS - save to diary individual lots

    When sending SMS and select "Save to diary", if 2 or more lots are selected to receive the SMS, the individual lots selected are not listed in the diary entry. Only shows: 13 SMS sent - owner contact.
    Would like the individual lots listed.

  13. Tenant Communications

    We send a lot of emails with notices to the tenants/occupant. Many agents don’t send them on for days and days to tenants. When using mail merge there is no tenant email address as an option. Only have owner & agent.

  14. Levy Notice - Payment Due field

    Where a levy notice has two levies due on different dates within the same month, the individual levy does specify the date due date, however the "Payment Due" field will populate the date of the levy that is due last. This can be confusing for owners. Could the "Payment due" wording be removed altogether?

  15. Prevent Investment Transfers to Deactived Accounts

    If you have a deactivated (i.e. closed) investment account, StrataMaster will still allow you to process a transfer to that closed account through the 'Transfer to Investment' tool.

    Instead, the user should be notified that the account they are attempting to use is closed.

  17. Automatically record BPAY biller code and DEFT reference on Status Certificates

    With the implementation of eConveyancing at Land Registry Services, solicitors are requesting that the S184 certificates display the BPay biller code and reference information so they can make immediate payment. Council and Sydney Water certificates provide this already, strata does not. They advised that it is not ideal to have to cross-reference to a levy notice; it is more appropriate to list it on the certificate. This would be advantageous to us too as we will not need to manually receipt settlement cheques and we will receive payment quicker.

  19. Owner Selector > Additional Email Address & Mobile Number

    When running Owner Selector > Email Address, wants to search for additional email address instead of just the main email address.
    Also to be able to search for a part of mobile number instead of the full number under Owner Selector.

  20. Dissect Invoices

    The ability to dissect invoices is a fantastic option, however I feel that it is in the incorrect area. Would like to be able to do the dissections within FS i.e. when workflow is with the manager upon approving the invoice.
    Currently the dissect function is within the FSCI screen within Strata Master where the dissections take place which is processed by a user.
