Debt Recovery - customise fee notice wording
Ability to customise fee notice wording. We would like the ability to customise the wording 'Debt Recovery' as this raises many questions with our lot owners, in particular if it is only a Reminder Fee that we issuing them.

Show the amount of Individual Term Deposit on Bank Account Tab
In a recent upgrade, STRATA Master has allowed users to record the interest rate and expiry of term deposit accounts which is then shown on the bank account tab of the corporation screen (attached)
It would also be helpful to record the current bank balances of each investment account (some properties have multiple) so that all the information is in one place rather than checking registers or producing a balance sheet as well as the corp screen

Allow multiple biller codes for the same creditor
For some reason, companies like Energy Australia, AGL, Telstra have varying biller codes. Since StrataMaster only allows one biller code per creditor, we have to have multiples of each company set up as a creditor, with the varying biller codes assigned to the respective creditor.
Each biller allows us to add the customer reference number for the strata plan to the creditor. Perhaps an option could be created so we could, for certain creditors, remove their “general” biller code and instead add the biller code along with the customer reference number.

Work Orders - ability to link additional creditor
Would like the ability to link two creditors to a work order.
Instances where the creditor who carried out the work is not the creditor that is issued the invoice for payment, so would like to keep a record of both.3 votes -
Multiple Receipts from one payment
Currently splitting one payment as multiple receipts does not have an option in SM to receipt via OC number only
We get a large payment/deposit for say over 100 lots in one OC and we have to enter the OC number for every lot number entered for the bulk payment. Would save a lot of time if we just had to enter the lot number in situations where the receipt is only for one OC.13 votes -

Ability for the Audit Trail report to record any changes made to the insurance policy or coverage details in the corporation screen

Ability to create multi-entry journal entries
Rather than doing one DR and one CR per entry, we should be able to do multiple of each in one journal entry (provided the totals of all DR and all CR are equal and the funds (Admin/Capital Works) are the same).

Creditor Compliance
When entering invoices if the creditor compliance status could be shown (prior to completing the invoice). It's a little bit inconvenient after entering an invoice and going to save the invoice, it comes up that you cannot save or hold the invoice because the creditor is non-compliant.

Additional debtor transactions
Summary report that shows all invoices/transactions issued to all additional debtors in a strata plan - including paid & outstanding invoices.

Provide a previous year comparison in the levy schedule
Provide a previous year comparison in the levy schedule. This would provide a quick reference to owners at a glance on how their particular circumstance will change.

Block Sending Levy Notices when a management is being closed
When a management is being closed and before the process is complete there is no way to stop sending out new levy notices when a full levy run is executed. On the Owners Corporation Financial tab there is an option to Reject Levy Receipts. It would seem logical to also block the creation of new levy notices.

status certificate extremely slow after upgrade
After recently upgrading our OS to windows 10 and to the latest version of Office and Word, we have found that the status certificates take an extremely long time to generate which we think may have something to do with the compatibility of the template which is a 97 Word doc. We have tried to save the template in the new format, however Strata Master does not seem to recognize it.

Formatted Reports - select multiple plans
Ability to select multiple plans when printing a report. eg balance sheet or I&E. This can be done via Reports > AGM Prep, however can only select either by manager, or plan range. Client would like the ability to select certain plans, in the same way that certain lots can be selected when printing / emailing levies (ie. A grid with all of the plans and just select the plans the reports are required for). A great idea to include grid selection of plans to choose from.

Electronic Voting Cut Off Report to SM
Notification to the strata manager of the voting closure and if indeed anyone voted. i.e. if no one voted it saves us time logging through to get the report. The voting report doesn't appear to be available unless logging through the meeting wizard.
