    We agree that supporting a wider variety of emergency situations is critical.

    We have a project in our roadmap to create 'incident management templates' which will allow you to create and trigger pre-configured emergency notifications with a customizable audience.

    I will keep you updated on the status of this project.

    Hi Matthew,

    Thanks for your suggestion. We will open this up to votes and are planning a block of work on pre-authorizing contractors later this year.

    In the mean-time, did you know you can create a custom questionnaire that allows contractors to upload certification details when they sign in at a kiosk?
