    Emergency contacts in general need to be less likely to receive any communication in general, a button to block all communication on their contact would be good since they are only there for an emergency.

    Additionally, it would then be good to have access to view the upcoming birthdays in a birthday calendar (we like to send out birthday cards so this would help that each month) and to then send out automatic birthday emails to the tenants.
