Thanks for your suggestion.
We agree that supporting a wider variety of emergency situations is critical.
We have a project in our roadmap to create 'incident management templates' which will allow you to create and trigger pre-configured emergency notifications with a customizable audience.
I will keep you updated on the status of this project.

06515627. See below their reply: "While most contractors we have are associated with a company we don't have an active list on OnLocation of all of our suppliers making this difficult to track or update - a simple second option other than visitor would be all it takes. "

Hi Team,
We have a customer who would like to suggest an enhancement to the Contractor sign-in process, aiming for the same level of flexibility currently available to Visitors.
Current Limitation:
In the current system, Contractors must be pre-associated with an existing organization in OnLocation before they can sign in and proceed to answer any basic or custom questions. This requires either:Adding the contractor to an existing organization, or
Creating a new organization first, then linking the contractor.
Suggested Enhancement:
The customer would like the Contractor sign-in flow to function like the Visitor flow. Specifically, they’d like contractors to be able to:
a. Enter their name
b. Enter their company name (freely typed)
c. Proceed directly to the relevant questions—without the company needing to be added in OnLocationReason for the Request:
This mirrors how the Visitor workflow currently operates, which they find ideal.
They work with many contractors but do not maintain an active or complete list of all contractor organizations in OnLocation.
Manually registering every contractor’s company creates unnecessary overhead and undermines efficiency.
Even just a second option in the sign-in process—separate from Visitor—if that is applicable.

Preloaded Emergency Notices with One-Tap Activation in OnEvac

It would be valuable if OnEvac had the option to preload emergency message templates that wardens or marshals could trigger with a single tap from their phone during an evacuation or be set up in advance.
Current limitation:
While this is great, messages in OnEvac can only be created during an active evacuation event other than typing the word SAFE.
Preloaded, reusable message templates within OnEvac would:
Allow wardens to instantly broadcast critical information (e.g. “Evacuate now to Assembly Point A” or “Do not use the west stairwell”).
Save time and reduce stress by eliminating the need to type messages on the spot.
Ensure consistent, pre-approved language is used in high-pressure situations.
Impact:
This feature would improve safety, speed up communication, and let wardens focus on moving people to safety rather than managing messages.
